I absolutely NEVER write public reviews. But I felt compelled to after my experience (or lack thereof) at this location last night. Let me preface this by saying that I actually vowed months ago never to return to this sonic because of how bad the food and service was. Well, last night I decided to give it another chance. I was optimistic, seeing as that there were only 3 or 4 cars that had occupants/customers in them at the order screens. That apparently made zero difference, because after 25 minutes – and having pushed the button twice – They still hadn’t responded, and I simply decided to leave. During that period though, employees had plenty of time to go chat with their apparent friends, wander around, and one employee even came out just to vape…. This is by far the most consistently BAD service I’ve ever received at a restaurant.

Bought the family dinner, ordered ahead on the app, which was only 5 minutes before I arrived. After my 5 minute drive home. My 3 piece dinner box was definitely old. Had 3 two inch tenders, a piece of stale, cold toast, and cold tots. Also had two chili dogs, and both the hotdogs were overcooked. I’ll definitely take the extra drive to Lafayette TN for a better sonic experience.

I’m not going back to this Sonic. I’ve had messed up orders and the food has become terrible too. Today I got a burger and the bun was so hard you couldn’t eat it. The fries were cold. I’m done with fast food restaurants. What I ordered WAS NOT worth $30.

Tonight i went to this sonic for a couple shakes and expected the same old same old… however i was met with a pleasant surprise. The person who took my order was funny and the lady who brought it out was extremely kind. I have never had a better experience here and appreciate the workers.

This sonic is the worst every visit. It’s time this sonic got a whole new management team that actually does the job of making sure that the food is right, cooked right, the quantity correct, and fresh. Another sorry food experience for my whole family when I got home… all were angry and upset.

This sonic is so slow at 1:39 pm the board flashed ” Stephanie is on the way with your order” My order was not delivered for another 9 min. Also I ordered a med. Lemonade, small water, a cup of ice, and Jr. Chez. Burger. The lady said $5.77. however the screen asking me to pay $11.77?? And my order was wrong to top it off…
