*****Update on this location. They removed half of their drive up self service kiosk menus and they are parking employee cars in some of the spots for the drive up kiosk so you can’t use them. I don’t use the app.. I uploaded some pictures of the cars for you so maybe the owner will look at this and handle this properly rather than just say thank you for the update and if he does anything , the owner and the manager oughta be ashamed of themselves. We had to park in a customer pick up and get out and use the self walk up kiosk that didn’t work … that was gonna bite yall in the ass. You This store is amazing they always get my order Incorrect and the service is horrible, I even called ahead and asked if they had the unicorn slushy and straws. I was told yes I come up here and order the unicorn slushy for my granddaughter and I’m told that we don’t serve the straw only in the morning and then came back and told me we don’t serve the straws at all. We’re out and walked off then It’s a 20 min wait for crappy food and service.. I won’t be back to this location ever again…. VERY HORRIBLE LOCAL…. Owner/Manager can reach out to me

Sonic has never been GREAT in Westmoreland. This time was pitiful tho. If this is all the meat you’re gonna put on a bbq sandwich just take it off the menu. Told them there was no meat on the sandwich and after like 10 mins they bring it back exactly like what i sent back.

Quality is definitely to be desired. Hard buns, cold tots and foul tasting Lemonade. I seriously think this place uses stuff well past when they should, in order to save money. Think I’ll start going somewhere else.

I really wish I was not on here posting a review. Up to now we have learned not to go to sonic in Westmoreland after 3. Today I placed an online order, sent my husband to pick it up, he came home without the two drinks in our order. So I called a half a dozen times waited a few and called back a few more times, when someone finally answered, they asked me to tell him what stall he was in, when I couldn’t tell her she said have him push the button so we know where they go. We’ll no one was answering the speaker, so I called back in and got someone to tell where he was. The drinks look disgusting and we got about a half order of fries.

This used to be the best Sonic in our area. Went there tonight for supper. Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and tots. Received 2 bacon cheese burgers and 1 cheese burger hold the onion that I didn’t order. I was charged for this burger and that’s fine. The order taker was having trouble hearing me due to the car next to mine was sitting there running with a squeaky belt. But my bacon cheese burgers were very disappointing. Maybe one piece of bacon torn in two.

Just went through for a sonic blast. Never in my life tasted expired/spoiled ice cream until today. I had to throw my entire blast in the trash. I’ve been there a few times and now I’m not going, they can’t even make drinks correctly, let alone get the ice cream right.

Bought the family dinner, ordered ahead on the app, which was only 5 minutes before I arrived. After my 5 minute drive home. My 3 piece dinner box was definitely old. Had 3 two inch tenders, a piece of stale, cold toast, and cold tots. Also had two chili dogs, and both the hotdogs were overcooked. I’ll definitely take the extra drive to Lafayette TN for a better sonic experience.

I don’t have great expectations of any sonic anymore but this place is extra terrible. Their parking lot has multiple craters and even though we ordered ahead on the app it took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get three drinks. They have one poor girl running all the orders. If you can’t staff, you need to close.
