Very fast service. They offer free pup cups here which is awesome. Other places around here we’ve traveled to charged $1.50 for a tiny little cup. Sonic cares about pets. 10/10 very friendly staff milkshakes were perfectly made and the sodas were crisp. We didn’t get food but I’m sure it would’ve been perfect too 🙂

I have loved going to sonic since high school I would come before and after a game but today makes me not want to come back. I stop by here craving chicken tender wrap and the amount of disrespect and hate that come off of her (miss. T) voice was hurtful you don’t answer the headset by saying what can I get for you. She needs to be retrained in customer service before she should be allowed to talk to ANY paying customer like that. I then was in awe that she talked to a customer like that that I forgot to ask for no tomatoes on my wrap, so I pushed the button again, she answered “is there something else I can help you with” I said I forgot to ask for no tomatoes and she just said “ok” then hung up. I won’t be coming back here for a long while. Food is hot thank you to the cook in the back (ghost)

Foods fine if it even gets to you. They have a notable lack of competency when it comes to even taking orders. Let alone trying to get it brought to you. Multiple times my order has not only been given to someone else, but my order was counted as received when it was clearly not in my car. They are absolutely not worth the headache if you’re looking to actually get quick service

Chilie cheese fries were stale, burger was slapped together & smothered with condiments so bad that it was covering the buns. Truthfully I’ve been to this sonic 3 diffrent times now & each time has been awful. Maybe they can get it right in the future but as of now Clarksville DOES NOT have a good sonic.

The staff are absolutely terrible at communicating with not only one another but to the customer. I sat there for 10 minutes after my order was confirmed and they didn’t even change the screen as I ordered. I was left stranded because someone couldn’t be bothered to actually do their damn job. This sonic is a waste of your money and time

Probably the best Sonic I’ve been to- from Fransciso(?) taking our order with a contagiously upbeat interaction, to well-prepared grub from the genuinely kind and helpful carhop, Alani. Glad we made this spot our lunch stop on our way back to Georgia.
