I went to the local sonic to get ice cream! Pulled up at the menus on the side, pressed the red button and waited almost 10 minutes. Saw an employee and asked her if the machine was messed up and she rudely popped off to me how there was only 1 worker bringing orders out! Which I understand, So I waited another 5 minutes until a black guy pulled up in a truck and pressed the button and immediately got service and ordered ice cream and was brought right out to him. So I went to the drive through and waited 4 minutes just for an answer just to be told the ice cream machine was down! Even though I just witnessed them bring a sundae out and as I was pulling out I see through the window that they were making an ice cream cone and bringing it outside to a customer! This was the most racist experience I have encountered in an EXTREMELY long time! I know it had to do with RACE when they were serving the black customers that would just pull up, but wouldn’t serve me!!! (I’m white)So I spent over 20 minutes at sonic just to be denied service!! I will not be returning! Absolutely unacceptable!!! August 24th 2023 at 8:30 pm!!!

Person working drive through was rude the entire time for no reason. It made me so turned off I decided to hop out of the line. I’d rather regain my appetite at the other Sonic in town. They are very nice. Key tip in life, if you want to go far or high, always be kind, and do your very best no matter where you work. God is always watching and integrity and honor goes a long way.

This is the worst place in auburn to order and eat. I order a simple order in the app and arrived on time. I checked in and everything was going great. After 25 minutes and watching countless people come and go through the drive through I called in to see what was happening and check on my order. I was then told to go through the drive thru to get my order. Soo I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. Then I get home and find no sauce with my order. And drinks that un drinkable sure to it being straight carbonation. I’ve always had bad experiences here but this one takes the cake for me. Never go here.

Very slow service, tried oedering on the app beforehand, it wasnt working. Then tried oredering at the stall, waited 10 minutes and no response. They werent busy when we pulled up, but by the time we finally threw in the towel they were moderately busy. I think its a short staffing issue honestly. Been like this for years, i used to live here, and im back for the weekend. Somethings havent changed i guess.

Everytime I come to this particular Sonic they are always extremely slow. I just sat in drive thru 15 minutes to not even get my order taken. I’m steady saying hello and no one is say anything. SONIC DO BETTER!
