I have been in the drive thru 20 minutes with one car at the drive thru. No one came on and said anything to me. I had to say hello..before anyone said anything. Then I pay $12 for this???

Got the Bacon Stack combo. Requested no mayo. No Mayo. Opened up the burger to add ketchup, took almost all 8-9 napkins to scrape the mayo off, which took the onions, pickles and cheese off as well. Burger was burnt and hard. Bun was hard almost stale. Added pic of all the napkins I used to scrape off mayo.
The Cherry Limeade was however, phenomenal.

This location is as bad as a mcdonalds. There’s always something wrong with the order. I’ve given a chance many times. If you order easy ice in your drink, you’ll get extra ice. Order extra bacon and only get a little bacon. Order easy condiments and get overloaded with mustard and ketchup. Even doordashed a bacon cheeseburger and it had no bacon at all. Literally every time I have been to this location they mess it up

By far the worst location around!! Pay $7 for a Halloween blast & more than half the cup is plain ice cream!! If I wanted regular vanilla ice cream I would go to the grocery store.

For the last two weeks on a Satuday morning they were not even open. The entire staff including management have the worse attitude towards customer service. The franchise will not respond to requests for customer service either.
Have contacted customer service several times, and with no resolution. The store now does not open on Saturdays at normal hours. Today I stoped to order a blast on the app and after 30 minutes I knocked on the door to only find out it was not going to be made due to mold in the machine. If the machine was cleaned correctly each day this would not happen. The bad service and poor product starts with management and tools down hill. I have asked several time to talk to the franchise owner and have never received any contact. So my opinion is that it would be best to go somewhere else, as I was told to do by the manager.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received in any fast food. 3 hours before closing, out of everything and “not doing any milkshakes the rest of the night” , out of everything we asked for and saying okay come on when we say that’s okay that’s all. Rude on the mic and at the window.

Absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever been to!! Don’t not waste your money at this location. My husband and I just went to get 2 chocolate milkshakes and they were absolutely horrible it tasted like sour milk we could not even drink them totally wasted our time and money here.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and was given two pieces of bread with Mayo, lettuce and bacon. This order took 20 minutes through the drive through. This Sonic used to be solid and now the service is incredibly slow and the food is way below standard. Absolutely disappointed and whoever owns this particular store should be embarrassed at the service being put out.

Asked for my food to be fresh & was informed it would be fries were hard & old along with being salty , also the Chipotle wrap was cold after asking for everything fresh . I get it but they have to do better .
