The cashier in the drive thru was very nice!
The people who collected and prepared our order, did a horrible job for paying $32.00, here on Dixwell Ave. When I order a signature salad, let me know, if you do not have all ingredients…how do I have an apple pecan salad but no pecans and 2 little cheese crumbles.
My son got a biggie bag, he didn’t have any fries. I’ll be back the day after Christmas to get my stuff(that’s how come I’m on here posting proof)

I ordered 2 of their chicken maple breakfast sandwiches and both of them are sad looking with a cheap piece of egg instead of chicken, totally inedible. I feel like I was robbed. And the card reader in their drive through wasn’t working so I had to go inside to get it. Other people were complaining about getting the wrong order too, awful service.

Wendy’s used to have the best spicy chicken sandwich around. I got a free one this week from T-Mobile and I was extremely disappointed with this thin processed chicken version they are serving now for almost $7.00 and then if I wanted BBQ sauce for it because I don’t like mayonnaise, I had to pay extra for it. Extra for a little Bbq sauce? Wendy’s, you can keep your sauce!

In need of some nourishment, I came across this Wendy’s location yesterday and decided to stop, even though there was a pretty good sized line for the drive-through.
It was worth the wait. The staff was friendly, as I have come to expect this from Wendy’s restaurants because of several other locations I have stopped at.
My burger was definitely hot and tasty. I had my usual, the Dave’s single, and this time I mixed it up and decided to get it without ketchup and mayonnaise. I didn’t wanna take a chance on my food drowning in condiments.
I will probably get the condiments next time because it does add to it, I just don’t like to have my food, overly drenched in ketchup and mayo because I like the taste of a good burger and these things, while adding to the flavor, hides the burger taste a little. I also had a small order of French fries.
I will definitely come back to this location again in the future.

I ordered fries bc I love the BBQ sauce, I get to the window there’s none. No problem, I cancelled the fries from my order. I pull off and quickly realize they never gave me my drink so I back up, The worker was too busy eating the fries I took off my order to notice. I told her about my drink and with fries in her left hand and my cup in her right (a few bites in between)… I was handed a coke. I am completely disgusted at this service. This entire place should be under extreme cleanliness investigation.

It’s shocking that this place is able to stay open. Always out of ingredients or entire menu items, disorganized and sometimes unpleasant staff, often closed when apps etc say they’re open, slow wait times, and at night every single light blinking at a different seizure-inducing rate.
I hate to post a negative review, but everyone should stay away from this place.

This place is run really well. The staff members are polite, always cleaning stuff, you don’t have to wait forever when you come to pick up food.
Side note: the parking lot lamp posts and outdoor lights are literally going to give somebody a seizure. They blink LIKE CRAZY and they’ve been doing this forever. Fix the lights!!!!

DO NOT listen to what the app or even wendys.com says as far as them being open. After doing my weekly shopping I placed a mobile order well after 8a. Got to the drive up screen got nothing but crickets. Go to the window and tucked away is a female playing on her phone. Ok whatever no big deal so I wait. 5 min later nobody comes around so I beep in which phone girl comes to the window with nothing but attitude. I explain that I was there to pick up my mobile order. She proceeds to yell at me that they don’t open until 9. Well the app and building all say otherwise. She continues being disrespectful so l left and went next door to Burger King. I hope she wasn’t the manager because if she is they’ve got HUGE problems

Doing delivery. Worse than normal Wendy’s. Got here, nobody in line. 2 tiny orders, made me pull forward 15min ago. Still nothing. Don’t answer phone. 2 customers pissed. Blocking this location from the app.
