Food was good and what you would expect from McDonald’s. My group placed three separate orders through the app and all were correct. We all selected table service but they just called the orders out from the counter and we had to go pick them up. Biggest complaints are they do not offer free refills on fountain drinks and the music was so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation. When we asked them to turn down the music they said they would see what they could do but nothing was done.

We used our points to get 2 ANY SIZE fries with a 20 piece nuggets. The dude taking our order automatically put us for 2 medium fries. So I said, “No, I want 2 large fries. The reward is for any size fries so I want 2 large.” He sounded disappointed and said, “Oh… ok…” which is whatever. His attitude isn’t my problem. They asked which sauces. We asked for 2 BBQ and 2 honey mustard. We get our food and the 2 fries are medium and we get 1 BBQ and 2 hot mustards. Like????? This McDonalds was a hit and miss in the past and now it’s just horrible. Mean and manipulative employees who don’t care about the accuracy of the order or the customers.

Dine in or take out still going to have a probability of 90% of your order being wrong. Breakfast or lunch there’s no brunch there’s no anytime breakfast, prices have increased and quality has declined. Glad McDonald’s gives our younger population jobs in our community, usually restrooms are available. Use the app, kiosk don’t waste your time w anything else.

Very quick and friendly worker. Food was hot and delicious. Asked for a few weird extra things so I could split it up for my kids in the car. Workers didn’t blink an eye just got it for me and told me to have a great night. Glad I stopped in.

So I use the app to order . They lie n chose to make up what they can n can not do as to refunds . I purchase coffee with extra expresso at extra cost well its hit or miss sometimes they have it sometimes they don’t. But every single time they say they cannot refund me . I have to call . It’s a hard time getting through . Well today I go order apple pies well there out n ask me if I want a refund . Wth so they can give you a refund but chose when they want to . Not kool .
