I went to Sonic in Fairhope and ordered a mini oreo cheesecake shake and this is what i received inside of it! The milk was expired in the shake?? You could actually smell the wonderful bliss of oreo and expired milk

The workers who were working on 07/11/23 around 6 pm were fairly unprofessional and sort of just standing around. The lady that ordered next to us had to press the button again and complain because she had already waited forever for literally ONE order of onion rings. One of the workers came out and started hanging out with a couple of girls that came that I’m assuming we’re his friends. Our order came correct and I have no complaints other than the service :/

An employee was handing my sister our order. Which she confirmed by asking if we ordered a medium mozzarella stick. When she realized she was handing us the wrong drinks my sister pulled her hand away on instinct. The employee let go of the drink and my sister wasnt there to take it. The drink fell on the ground, which we apologized profusely for. She then went inside and later another employee came to the car. She aggressively asked “what I wanna know is how this drink ended up on the ground.” We were stunned to be asked that. My sister responded that the drink slipped. She then proceed to tell us the first employee said we threw the drink on the ground. Which she absolutely did not. It was an unfortunate accident. That was partially the fault of both sides. We have both worked in food service and would never react to an order mix up by doing anything aggressive towards food service workers. This was a very bad customer service experience. Handled poorly. Completely ruined the treat we stopped for.

Ordered online. Couldn’t get food at a stall because they had “just closed” that part and we’re doing drive-thru only. Waited for a response at the stall for 4-5 minutes by the way. Got in line at drive-thru and the microphone on the speaker box there was broken.

I visited on 7/14 at 7pm. The outside speaker was not working so ordering was to be at the window. There were 3 cars in front of me. We had been waiting a few minutes and an employee came outside to take our orders to speed things up. Carnesha was awesome. It of course is extremely hot outside but she took the time to great each person and write our orders down. Reached the window to pay and again greeted with a smile and positive attitude by Carnesha. So many times you only hear the negatives and I wanted to share a positive. Thank you Carnesha! I hope our paths cross again!

I have been going to Sonic for over 40 years and have never seen a Sonic as bad as the Fairhope Sonic. First, I get in line for drive-thru. Get to the speaker and it does not work. I drive around to place a carry-out order and someone comes on and says carry-out is not available at 9:20 pm. So, I get in line and wait 20 minutes. When I placed the order ask for medium slushes that where on special. When I get the order, I ask for the receipt. I am told the machine does not work to give me a receipt. When I mention the texted promotion, I am told the promotion is for the app only. When I explain it clearly says drive-thru, he window guy starts arguing with me. I just drove away and said I will never return to this Sonic. The Daphne and Spanish Fort are so much better and more professional.

The main reason I go to Sonic is for the Shakes. The machine was down, so no shake. I work in the restaurant industry and I get it, machinery breaks down, but that excuse poor quality food.

Had an excellent experience here today. They were understaffed and were still very efficient at getting my food to me. Only negative is my tots were wrong initially but the lady who I assume was the manager(Tracy maybe) was beyond helpful and friendly in getting it corrected.

This is what a Sonic Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger is supposed to look like? A dried out cut in half cold patty, with some cheese slapped on it, served on a soggy mashed flat bun…There is no excuse for such poor quality or service. I won’t be back.
