The menu is broad, offering everything from burgers and hot dogs to chicken tenders and breakfast served all day. The burgers are solid and satisfying, especially when made fresh, and the tots are a fan favorite—crispy and perfectly salted. But the real highlight is the drinks and slushes. With endless flavor combinations, add-ins, and half-price happy hour deals, Sonic is hard to beat for a refreshing treat.

Just got home with my double smash burger combo. The burger patties were burnt BLACK. I had to throw the whole thing in the garbage,inedible. Who ever cooked that thing knew that when they assembled the burger. That was my first and last time eating at Sonic in Fairhope Alabama.

I just wanted to take a minute to give credit where it is deserved. A few days ago I stopped and grabbed dinner for my family, the food was not very tasty. I spoke to the GM and he advised me that he was sorry that we were not satisfied and for me to save the receipt and come back when I was ready for the meal to be replaced at no charge. I was told to just ask to speak with a manager and it would be taken care of. I went today to get the meal replacement, the manager on duty, was super polite and was quite professional. He got the food cooked fresh and very tasty!! It’s nice to see the progress the store has made since the new manager took over!! Thanks again!!

This is what a Sonic Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger is supposed to look like? A dried out cut in half cold patty, with some cheese slapped on it, served on a soggy mashed flat bun…There is no excuse for such poor quality or service. I won’t be back.

I see they finally fixed some screens 15 and 16 or working again and the drive-thru has new speaker and microphone. Now if they learn to treat mobile orders as good as the drive-thru they may be on to something. Order the drink and a pretzel I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes and the drive-thru just keeps moving along moving along. Took forever. We were the first customer and we paid for it. Of course the food was excellent.
