If you have time to kill… stop at this Sonic in Brewton, Alabama. SLOW, SLOW SERVICE !! I’ve tried the pull in and order service, and the Drive through service, and the average wait time is 25 minutes for both. Unbelievable. The food is OK.. but the service is much to slow. If you are in a hurry, Do Not stop here. Plus, the food is overpriced. I was really hoping for a better experience each time, but it never happened. One good point… the Restaurant looks great from the road at night. Nice Outside lighting.

ZERO stars. They tried to scam me. I will NEVER be back here. We ordered a shake at 6pm. We didn’t get it until 6:35 pm. The carhop gave our shake to the car next to us, then carhop wanted me to pay for the shake a second time. They claimed it didn’t go through. Nice try, but my bank notified me the moment the charge went through via my banks app.

Ordered a footlong and chicken sandwich. Received a burger instead of the chicken. Went back and ordered the chicken again. When the server handed me the chicken I handed her back my burger. I showed her the receipt. She copped an attitude and told her manager I threw food at her. I hope they have cameras it would be great to see the truth. I left with her cursing profanities at the top of her lungs at me. Life is too short for this kind of treatment.

Today it took several attempts over the speaker for them to get our order correct. The person we spoke with struggled but finally got it right after several calls back and forth. When our order arrived we noticed the mayonaise was more clear and runny than any we had seen before. Strange. We threw the sandwiches away along with the $20 we paid for the food and tip. We will never return to this place.

We doordash from this restaurant all the time with an average bill of 65.00 for three people which for me is a lot of money. This is the first time we’ve had any issues with this restaurant and not confirming our orders and when I called to see what was going on the GM immediately started screaming at me on the phone this is not how you treat customers especially repeat customers that come several times a week we will not be returning to this store ever.

The family and I decided to stop by Sonic to get a quick ice cream. While waiting for someone to take our order, my 2yr old daughter was starting to get restless, so I turned on a Disney movie for her. After about 35 minutes, someone finally took our order. The drive through wasn’t that busy, and there were a lot of empty stalls. While waiting for our ice cream I sat there and watched the servers just chatting outside not doing much of anything. Before I knew it, my daughter finished her movie, which was about 1 hour and half long and we still haven’t received our order. We decided to just leave and go to McDonald’s. McDonald’s was busier, but we were in and out in less than 10min.

Pull up to order no problem. 10 minutes later the screen says person is on the way with our order. Order never showed up. Push the button they ask for my order again. I tell them I never got my order and they said they’d handle it. 30 minutes. No one knew of our order. Called the store and they didn’t know what was going on. We left and went to enjoy a delicious early dinner from Mark’s instead.
