We waited approximately twenty-five to thirty minutes for our food to be prepared. When the food was served, the fries and corn dog were cold. I informed the carhop that I would like my fries and corn dog to be remade. In response, he merely returned the fries and corn dog to the fryer instead of making new ones. Additionally, the Sprite was out and needed to be changed. When I mentioned this, he stated that he would check the other side, but it was also out.

This is the worst sonic that we have ever been to and we have been to several of them. Our order was wrong and we were only ordered drinks and it took an every bit of 20 minutes to get them and one of the drinks tasted like toilet water. The customer service here really stinks and this is just a really horrible place to come to we will find better ones to go to and we won’t be back

This place is horrific. Don’t go here my poor baby couldn’t even eat his kids meal the fries was so hard. I could’ve microwaved something better than this. Please don’t go here. Find another sonic it’s everytime we go here.

We did an app order for a grilled cheese, junior burger, mozzarella sticks, and chili cheese fries. They brought it out (and of course they never recite your order to you to confirm it), I checked the bag and saw the mozzarella sticks were missing. We pushed the button to let them know and they said “we’re out of those”… They should have said something or even offered another option to replace it, but no. After getting home and opening the burger, it was also wrong and inedible. The chili cheese fries tasted like they were a day old. They absolutely suck at the Alexandria location and need to get it together. Especially when there is only one other restaurant in town.

Employees were not at all interested in taking care of the customers. That made for a bad experience all together. Employees had people from outside in the restaurant talking and horse playing. Only two cars were there when I was, and still took an excessive amount of time to get my order.

Don’t bother trying to get there on Sunday mornings. Google, sonic website, and mobile app all claim they open at 9 am ( which they used to) which apparently isn’t the case anymore. I ordered through the mobile app, already paid, and parked before I realized there was not one worker there. Me and a couple of other paying customers were waiting to get/give their order when one person showed up around 9:30. I went ahead and called the location to see about getting a refund, when after the third ring the phone had been disconnected. I physically went to the door and talked to the girl who stated they don’t open until 10, and my order won’t be ready until then. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t do that either. Spent close to thirty minutes and two phone calls with customer service getting refund and filling a complaint.

Today I ordered two ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burritos and only had bacon…..also was missing a tater tot that I had to ask for. I just want to know why? Why I’m constantly receiving an incomplete order and/or subpar quality food.

Ordered breakfast this morning the burrito was the burrito has barely any eggs in it minimal cheese a half a slice of sausage and one small bacon for the ultimate meat burrito that was very minimal when I called back to ask about it they said the GM made it and the GM made it with very minimal ingredients small burrito to say the least not worth the $8.

I was wanting a late night sweet treat and with not many options in town, I decided to stop by for a Sonic Blast. I pulled up to the first stall and it had a black screen, I drove to another stall and it also had a black screen, I drove to a third stall that finally looked to be working and pressed the button. I waited for about 5 minutes and no one came to take my order and the whole time the screen said the button was activated. A lady pulled up next to me and got someone so after she ordered, I hit the button again. Still nothing. An employee came out so I asked if the stall was working and she said no. So I asked why a sign wasn’t on it and she said it was working this morning. Okay, but it’s not working now. So I drove around again and hit the button just to continue to wait. The whole time I was waiting, I was also trying to place a mobile order, but the app was glitching out and would ask me to sign in, bring me back to the app and ask me to sign in again. So after 20 minutes of waiting, I pushed the button one last time and she finally answers. I ask for a blast and she tells me they’re only doing shakes. What a complete waste of time. I should’ve known after struggling to find a working screen that it was just going to be downhill from there. I’ll drive out of my way to Jacksonville before I go back to this Sonic.
