Did a mobile order at 8:47, and arrived by 9:02 at the Rainsville location. Pulled up to stall and typed in number. Several minutes (15+) went by, after the screen had already stated that our order was on the way. The red button was pushed and another few minutes went by before the speaker activated. Needless to say, our milkshakes and slushes had been sitting there the whole time. We went home at 9:25 with cups of milk and juice, pretty much. The fast food chains in Rainsville are failing miserably after dark. There should be trusted adults there making sure the teens are doing their jobs correctly.

Me and my Husband went thru the drivethru and got the sauced jumbo popcorn chicken with fries and a vanilla milkshake, and my husband got 2 breakfast burritos and fries and a sweet tea. When we got our food the burritos were overly greasy soaked the bag they came in with grease and my chicken was overcooked. Hard as a rock I couldn’t even eat it. Thankfully they gave us a refund back to my card but I won’t go back to sonic. Hope they get better ♀️

I went throught drive thru at 5:30pm ordered 2 number 7s one with chili and cheese and jalapeños bites and a cherry slush the other one without chili and cheese and add ketchup mustard relish and fried onions large fries and a large orange fanta the girl didnt hear me so i made my voice to where she could hear me and she yelled at me and got my order wrong i eneded up with chili cheese coney with added ketchup mustard relish and not cooked onions how gross right i am never getting food from rainsville alabama sonic again every time i order here it is always wrong

Terrible service. I ordered on the app and then checked in and waited for an hour and had to call the store. They never made the order when we checked in. They did give us a coupon which is why I gave it an extra star. I’m disappointed and hope they get better.

Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito for my wife only to receive this. They cleaned off the griddle and put the nasty burnt stuff into her food. Appreciate that. I won’t be back.
