Here I was thinking Sonic in rainsville had gotten so much better. So disappointed tonight. Did an online order. Didn’t realize that the soft pretzel sticks don’t come with cheese dip anymore. Called back in and Asked for two cups. Whole $0.65 and sat in the parking lot another 5 minutes. No one ever brings them out. It’s not like you got to cook it. You literally pull it off a shelf and walk it out to me. Nothing so over it!!!

During our visits, the drive-through attendants have often appeared rude. While the food is generally satisfactory, the slow service and lack of enthusiasm from the staff are noticeable. It seems to be an inconvenience for them to do their jobs.

I used to come here often and it was good, but this is the 2nd time I’ve gotten no good food from here..
all we ordered was a kids burger meal.we waited 15 minutes to get this..
The fries were old + chewy and the burger was so cold it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. two bites was plenty enough to tell.

Was not a good experience i went at 1130 on Sunday morning it was hard to get an answer my order wasn’t right and the tots were horrible the grease needed changed bad I couldn’t eat them so I won’t go back they didn’t provide good service even though we were only customers there

Stopped here to get a tea because it was happy hour from 2-4 PM where drinks are 50% off.
My husband got a medium grape slush + a Nerds candy add in for only $1.50! I got a 44oz unsweetened strawberry tea for less than $2!

Didnt take long for my order runner was very friendly… my issues were onion rings were over cooked and my burger was sad. I ordered the #2 burger with no cheese but all the way with everything else. Maybe I should have ordered extra toppings and condiments.
