I entered the drive thru just before 9:10pm tonight and placed an order for one large sweet peach tea. I pulled up to the window and the time was 9:10pm. I sat there for 6 minutes and not a single person came to the window and took my payment or handed me my one drink. In my 6 minutes of sitting there, I watched 4 employees inside doing nothing. A young man was on his phone, a young girl with short hair was drinking her own drink, and the other two were talking with each other and laughing. There was another employee outside collecting garbage. Frustrated and not wanting to wait another minute, I pulled off. I called the location on the phone and asked for a manager. I wanted them to be aware of the situation so they could better manage their employees. The manager that came on the phone was a young man who did not say his name. When I told him the situation, he said “I’m sorry, we are just really short staffed.” I told him about the 5 employees I witnessed (he was probably the one on his phone since I didn’t see any other boys working). He then said “I’m sorry.” There was silence before I told him this was unacceptable and I hung up. I haven’t ever been impressed with this location and now I will definitely not be back. Sonic, you need managers who will better manage their staff. A bunch of young kids who fart around won’t cut it.

A stop I regretted. Got order wrong. Ordered hamburger with everything except cheese. Got hamburger with just cheese. Didn’t get refunded for extra I paid for cheese. Couldn’t find any chicken in the chicken strip. Just petrified breading. My dog wouldn’t even eat them. In the trash they went. On top of that, car hop got a very good tip.

I order a caramel sundae with pecan and please tell me why I got vanilla ice cream with a small bag of peanut. And it cost me more money with pecan that I don’t get but got a refund of .50 cents why? What ? Sonic in Farmersville y’all got to do BETTER!! Have a picture of my ice cream!!!

Ordered a number one very simple meal fry’s , Burger cold drove back through the drive-thru and asked for hot fresh food and traded it .The second order ice cold. I went in asked for my money back as I was waiting to get refunded the girl working there took my bag of food rebagged it fold the top and stuck it on a tray to go out again. Farmersville sonic,..never eat there! it’s nothing but Children which they thought it was funny yelling remarks making remarks.

It took them 12 minutes to come to the drive thru window to ask me what I ordered bc they couldn’t find my order.(Large Iced Coffee) Then told me they would only charge me for a medium instead of a large for waiting 15min for one drink.

First off, about half of their stalls do not work. I ordered a raspberry water. They bring it out and it is just water. The girl said she would go add flavor to it. 5 minutes later I still did not have my drink which I had already paid for. I pushed the red button only to be told they could not hear me and someone had to come out to the stall. Waited a couple of minutes, no one showed up. So I went to the drive through. Go to drive through, order my drink and drive up to the window. After waiting 2 minutes and no one showing up at the window, I left. That is the poorest service I have ever had. And please get your stalls working.

I haven’t been to this Sonic location since last year when u first moved to Farmersville. Stopped tonight to get my dog a foot long hotdog for his birthday. Got home pulled the hotdog out of the bag. The bun was falling apart and the weiner looked disgusting. It was dried out and cracked on the top. Of course dogs will eat almost anything so it didn’t go to waste.

No one in drive through –should be quick. Almost 20 minutes for two fountain drinks plus a bag of ice. 1 car in lot.
