Terrible service and rude employees. All the employees were just standing around. I watched 4 of them literally do nothing. Resulted in my doordash orders being late which penalized me.

We waited for over 20 minutes just for our order which was just drinks!! Car hop finally brings us our drinks. Something didn’t seem right with her. She forgot our straws, and had to go back to get them. My son was trying to be nice to her, and she was rude and ugly towards him.

The food was not the greatest to begin with. As I placed my order, the server didn’t even tell me a price. I returned the food due to it not being the best. After paying $18.69, they only gave me $5. I spoke up about it, and another manager (i suppose) came outside, and gave the rest of what I had paid for the order, and ge at least apologized. However, it was very disappointing experience, and I’ll never eat from there again.

Service was friendly. They were backed up a bit, but they didn’t make me feel rushed or show any frustration. I also purchased two 10-lb bags of their ice, which is fabulous. The food was hot and tasted great.

olutely horrible we pulled in around 1015 and ordered three ice cream‘s one limeade and a corndog. After over 35 minutes of waiting I push the intercom button asking how much longer and they said oh we were sorry it would be out soon after another 25 minutes, they came out and proceeded to yell at me about how rushing them with my order was not going to be coming faster that they were short staffed and it’s not their fault. Yelling at me about how rude I was being and, how disrespectful it was. She continued to say that it’s not their fault and they did tell me that the ice cream would take a minute and I did acknowledge they told me that, but Icecream should not take an hour. Mind you we waited over an hour and I only made one complaint. I’ve worked in service and can understand how things get short staffed and can be flustered but I would never in 1 million years. Yell at paying customers. It’s absolutely absurd that they can’t just admit the fact that they were slow and apologize. Seriously 4 college girls were yelled at because we simply asked how much longer it was going to be after waiting over an hour. This is absolutely absurd stay away at all cost’s!!!

I came for one drink and waited 25 minutes. The drink never came. When I went inside to ask about it they were so rude and shooed me away. I finally just left even though I paid for my drink. I was so bummed because I don’t live by a sonic at home and I’m here on vacation and was so excited to get a sonic drink, but wasn’t able to get one.
