I would like to start off saying I really wanted a strawberry shake. Pulled into Sonic at 7:10pm..was not opened. I get that it is Sunday but ALLL Sonics close at 8pm. I am trying to be very understanding on schools have started, but like come on please try better or give a raise to your employees so they work. I also know everyone has a problem with most of the fast food restaurants closing early also. I just ask to simply do better please and thank you.

If you would like to hear a staff that acts like their at a funeral accompanied by some gruel then this is the place for you. Even among fast food standards this place is trash. I wouldn’t give this slop to my dogs. To top it off the staff who took our order and gave us our food made us feel like we were inconveniencing them like we were a door to door salesman. Will not go back and feel sorry for whoever owns the place because it’s costing them business. Will try my best to talk anyone who wants edible food out of sonic talladega.

Corn dog so overcooked it was cracked on the outside. Chicken slinger so overcooked, it looked like a little hamburger patty. Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Why would you serve food so obviously burned? Stay away from this location.

Pulled in to a slot to order, push the button to order. The screen was blank. Sat there for approximately 5 minutes before some one said to pull around to the drive up to place an order. Why wasn’t a sign some where letting people know. Other people were doing the same thing. Not very organized. Still took almost 10 minutes to get our order. In it taking so long to get our order, it gave us the opportunity to see how dirty the building is. Moldy awnings and ect. Was not able to put our trash in the trash bin because it was running over. Needs better organization and a deep cleaning.

So it was 12:45 and me and my wife wanted to stop and eat lunch at the Sonic in Talladega and when we pulled up to the red button and mash the button we were yelled at and really talked to and said that they had drive-thru only but no indications no signs or anything showing that it was drive through only. Me and my wife will not eat there again cuz of the rudeness that we received.
