The absolute worst breakfast burritos i have had at any sonic location. Not only small but it was cold and don’t get me started on how rude the young lady was. Sadly, it will be my last trip to the Talladega, AL location.

This is the only sonics I’ve eaten at that I didn’t enjoy the food. The vegetables on my burger were hot & wilted .. like they are microwaving the sandwich with the veggies on it. I’ve tried them several times and it was like this. As high as the food is it should be much better. Sonic’s in Oxford & Anniston AL any location could teach this team a thing or 2 about freshness‼️

If you would like to hear a staff that acts like their at a funeral accompanied by some gruel then this is the place for you. Even among fast food standards this place is trash. I wouldn’t give this slop to my dogs. To top it off the staff who took our order and gave us our food made us feel like we were inconveniencing them like we were a door to door salesman. Will not go back and feel sorry for whoever owns the place because it’s costing them business. Will try my best to talk anyone who wants edible food out of sonic talladega.

I would like to start off saying I really wanted a strawberry shake. Pulled into Sonic at 7:10pm..was not opened. I get that it is Sunday but ALLL Sonics close at 8pm. I am trying to be very understanding on schools have started, but like come on please try better or give a raise to your employees so they work. I also know everyone has a problem with most of the fast food restaurants closing early also. I just ask to simply do better please and thank you.

Don’t even get me started about Sonic. Their food, their food is amazing. I like footlong hot dog American Style. And of course their drinks are huge and filled with lots of ice.
The staff is always friendly and the drive-thru is quick. I don’t consider Sonic’s fast food to be fast food. It’s just too good.

Everything is app ordered or drive through and the food was horrible .
People are the difference between good service and bad service.
I loved Sonic few years ago.
Now, I am leary when I order.
All are not like this one, but for now avoid Talladega Sonic until the post a convincing reason to come in.

Went there to order my food and the woman was very rude and incompetent.
I was looking forward to having some sonic as well. I haven’t eaten Sonic in quite a while and the first time we decide To indulge ourselves in something that used to be good we get met with that.
Unfortunately, the woman that took our order Wouldn’t say her name So I am unable to blame the right one. Telling me that you’re sorry and that you don’t want your customers done in that manner does no good. I Have done without my sonic and Probably will never go back Ever again. Unfortunately, that’s how my wife’s family works. You mess with us once it’s over .
