Pulled up to speaker to place order. Kept it short and concise. I was ask to repeat my order 5 times. These people need to pay attention. But they don’t.
Took a while but food came out. Had 3 drinks with the ice cream top with the big hole on top of drinks. Guess they were out of the proper tops for drinks. Had to get a drink carrier and strap it in so my open drink buckets didn’t spill while driving. Got to the food which was chicken fingers and fries and 2 cheeseburgers with fries and tots.
The bottom buns of the cheeseburgers were hard as hockey pucks. So hard they were difficult to bite through. The chicken fingers were over fried as was the tots and fries. All the fries were tiny. The smallest I have ever seen. And I received half a container of tots. Not even close to full. The drinks were mostly carbonated water. EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL! From start to finish, can’t say anything good about this location or the food. Will never waste my time or money ($31) with these Bozo’s again.
First we had to wait 30 minutes for our food, then they gave us a burger with onions(I’m allergic and asked for no onions), so we sent it back and had to wait another 30 minutes for our food and our burger STILL had onions on it. Then we asked to remake it again so I didn’t have to go to the hospital for an allergic reaction, and the next burger actually didn’t have onions but I got FOOD POISONING from it. Not to mention I got food poisoning the day that the category 5 tornado was hitting my town, meaning I could have died because of the food poisoning. I’m calling corporate and reporting this tomorrow when I can get off the toilet and breathe. Almost forgot that they took the recipe so that I don’t have the order number to tell corporate
