We ordered through Door dash tonight and when our order finally arrived due to an issue at the restaurant, we were missing half of our food, including my child’s meal. This is not the first time and it’s upsetting that we can’t get our food that we spend our money on. Our dasher was very nice and kept me informed about having to wait an extensive period of time for our food. According to him, he had to get management involved due to an altercation with the other worker. This is not how a business should be ran.

Ordered a smash combo with sweet tea. Said they would have to brew some more tea and would take about 3 minutes. When I got home and began drinking the tea it was awful. There were coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup! Avoid this place!

Can’t figure out why Sonic gets only 3 stars. For years I’ve been driving past Sonic restaurants wondering how their food is. I’ve read the negative reviews and wondered. Well I finally tried it. I order the Chile Foot long hot dog and their double Cheese burger and fries.
I loved the hot dog and I’ll go back and have it again. The Cheese burger was pretty good, better than McDonalds, Burger King, WhataBurger (what a Mess, Yuk!). The only thing needs improvement is the Fries, they were over cooked or was sitting for a long time. Like to try their drinks some day.

I don’t usually do this, and I like to give credit where credit is due, But this is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I try to give it a chance every now and then and every time is a disappointment today I got a small mozzarella sticks, a small chili cheese fries, and a small Dr Pepper….. The Dr Pepper is flat, the mozzarella sticks they did not give me any marinara, And a chili cheese fries are burnt… Like can we like do something about this like what is going on?

We was passing though and needed a fast quick lunch, This is The Worst Sonic we have ever eaten at we spent $40 for 2 Regular Burger meals and a Regular Kids meal. Food was cold Burgers taste like they was made hours ahead the Chili cheese tots had a smear or Cheese and Chili on them and they taste as if the oil for the tots hadn’t been Changed in awhile. The only thing good was the Two Drinks and Box juice from the kids meal. 0 stars for this place.

Stopped on our way to a doctor’s appointment to grab lunch really quick. This sonic never disappoints. They’re always nice, and bring our food out in a timely manner. They also never forget our condiments.

Sat for 10 minutes after pressing the button and our order was never even taken. One car sat in the drive thru the whole time so they weren’t busy. Same crappy service as the last time I was unfortunate enough to stop here well over a year ago.

My wife did not have a great experience the past 3 times she has been in this week. 2 days in a row she ordered a large coke, and they both tasted horrible. I tried it too. The third day she got a classic chocolate shake. It was already ice cream soup by the time it was handed out the window. I didn’t know that the classic shake was supposed to come with whip cream and a cherry. That didn’t taste good with chocolate.

I never leave bad reviews, but the management at this Sonic is doing their customers and their workers a disservice. Every time we’ve gone they’ve been under staffed & badly trained. Multiple times we’ve been asked “what else we’re waiting on” when we have yet to receive any of our order. Our orders have repeatedly been missing items or just wrong in general. I feel so bad for the kids they have working on these 2-3 people shifts that are probably being hit with the brunt of the customers’ frustration. Whoever is in charge of training & writing the schedule should be ashamed of themselves.
