I was there at11:30, ordered a large fry and medium sprite.after leaving I began to eat and the fries was cold as heck. Not even warm. They tasted stale. There are no decent fast food restaurants in Albany Ga. People don’t care what they serve you. I will just keep my hard earned money in my pocket. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I almost hate to give this review because the last time we went here, they did a great job. I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:25am, paid, and got confirmation. (Order # IT13) My daughter went to pick it up curbside and messaged me with the spot # she was at so I could update the app and have the food brought out. When I did, the app gave me a message apologizing, saying that the order had been canceled at 10:33am — the same time we put the spot number in. She went in to find out what happened and what could be done, she was told by the manager, (who had a terrible attitude), that the app did it automatically and there was nothing she could do. Furthermore, it was now a few minutes after breakfast ended, so she couldn’t even ameliorate the situation by replacing the order in person. No apology, no regret, no concern for a customer who just drove through the rain to get a meal, no $5 gift card, not even an ask of how they could make it up to us. I listened on the phone as the manager spoke with my daughter, then scurried off mid-conversation because the store was getting busy. Her attitude was ridiculous — almost bullying — and I’m leaving this review to try to let enough of my anger about her in particular to avoid going up there and losing it. My daughter is very nonconfrontational, and this crappy woman preyed upon her kindness to excuse her laziness and unwillingness to help fix a mistake made by her store.
Customer service should be a basic principle in any service industry, but evidently, this particular manager doesn’t agree.

I was out shopping had gotten very hungry and I spotted the McDonald’s. I went through the drive through, the line wasn’t long, and customer service was good .
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and I waited until I got home to eat. To my surprise the fries were the only part of the meal that was good.
The meat was not fresh, it was fried to hard and I was truly upset!!!! I tried calling the restaurant several times to speak with a manager and no one ever answered.
I truly feel an establishment that popular should have someone to answer the phone. Needless to say, I haven’t been back and if the phone doesn’t work, remove it!!!

Unfortunately I visit this same McDonald’s at least 4 times a week and the service and food quality is awful nearly everytime. Breakfast the ppl are rude and the food is room temp. Tonight I waited 20+ minutes for a cold burst and chicken sandwich. No onions and the sandwich had onions, cheese wasn’t melted, lettuce was old and the sandwich was thrown together. I’ve made complaints with corporate and the manager, no help. I wish Chic-fil-A was on my route. The fries were ok today and Sidel was nice, maybe bc he’s new and hasn’t been tainted yet. Instead of the manager hollering at the staff, she probably could’ve dropped some fresh chicken patties or something. Her statement in front of me was “I ain’t finna get stuck up here”

Got two sandwiches. The only person in line this morning. Been waiting 15 minutes… i could have made them home faster. Ridiculous wait times. Not too mention i got a mcgriddle instead of mcmuffin. Ruined my morning. Wont go to any McDonalds for awhile because the locations in Albany refuse to do right by the customer. They will not provide good service or give correct order. They wont pick up the phone. The world should know how shameful the service is

This was definitely a store experience from hell!!! I visited your sales location the morning of 10/7/2024 @7:47am and received horrific service the person taking my ordered seemed totally lost i asked for the $1.39 soft drink and was told it doesn’t exist then the person placed the manager on the speaker to speak to me regarding the drink price and i was right the manager rung it up correctly the customer service person did not apologize for her error and not understanding the products she is selling ….I ordered The Big Breakfast and didn’t get any eggs—or a biscuit in the order it was missing…i went back to the drive thru I received nothing but anger from the cashier and she was tell the clean up maintenance person what happen he adv me to come in and not hold up the line i adv no i will not and its not my fault that you guys cant press a button correctly…The maintenance person a black male 30’s age cursed and used profanity towards me at the window then the manager on duty came to the window i explained what happen and she gave me a refund and apologized everyone else wasn’t nice at all bad experience and i will not be going back and by the way I am a retired Veteran
