I was there after waiting to get a strawberry slush/ice cream. They blended it, unlike the Homosassa location. He took it back to fix it and my medium size cup didnt have even a quarter cup of slush and the rest vanilla ice cream. Then a female came out and asked how to help. I explained what I had before and thought it would be the same. I adked to just change to a grape slush. So during happy hr I paid almost 3 bucks for a medium slush. I asked about it and they never came out to even talk to me. Horrible Sonic Experience J/S

Sonic is usually a good burger. The service here is the worst! Just sat at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Then, the wait for food. You would think they cook it 1 fry at a time….

So disappointed went through with an old friend of mine. We were so excited to get a few refreshment drinks the gentlemen on this speaker, however, was very nice and kind, but the lady just ruined it for us that gave us our shakes and basically tossed them to us she should not be working customer service or handling. Any kind of money did not thank us. Did not say one word to us and she just gave us very nasty looks it’s very sad to have a restaurant like this in our neighborhood.

You can’t beat the slushies, PERIOD. A dirty cherry slushie is Phenomenal.
We took 1 star away due to out order got lost somewhere along the line and we waited 25mins for the 2 slushies. Once we got em, they were incredibly good. The server apologized as well, we just didn’t know what to do as the screen said our order would be out shortly. We’d give them another chance.

Very rude woman at the drive-through did not have any personality pretty much nasty to us through us. Our drinks through us. The credit card back asked for receipt did not get one nor did she offer us. Any utensils for our drinks will not come back to this store at all

10/03/2025 we stopped in for a burger, fries and strawberry slushy and had probably the worst burger I’ve ever had, it was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt and the fries were greasy. Unfortunately we went across the street to eat at the park or I would have gone back and asked for my money back and I don’t normally go that far. We called/texted the number on the receipt but got a chatbot with generic responses. The last time was good but I don’t think I’d come back after the response we got from the 866#. 09/15/2025 review follows; We weren’t there for a meal just a snack so we got strawberry slushy but it wouldn’t be complete without an order of large onion rings which are probably the best I’ve had, I know what you’re thinking but they were cooked crispy and didn’t fall apart when you took a bite or the onion pop out away from the rest of the ring. First time in here.

I love Sonic!!! I’m from Oklahoma and they are everywhere there, so it reminds me of home. I always get the double smash burger with cheddar peppers smashed on top and eat it for old times sake. Don’t judge, it’s amazing. The carhops are extremely nice as well

Arrived at 9:50 just to be yelled at by a worker with a leaf blower “we’re closed” and when me and my boyfriend tried to just ask the girl outside why since online the hours say it’s open till 1am she just rudely said ” Yeah it’s gonna say that” and continued to blow away literally nothing with her leaf blower in the parking lot. I’m not saying working late doesn’t suck but she could’ve at least be cordial, and I still don’t know why this location is closed literally 4 hours early. Super rude staff, they need to update business hours since 1am is not the case
