Last minute decision to get chicken and remembered that they have a special of $10.when I pulled in, the line was to the road but I had my heart set on kfc chicken. Opened my app and ordered online. I went inside to wait for and Dakota came up and said ‘I’m so sorry but it is gonna be another 15 minutes wait. I was totally fine with that. I wanted the chicken.

UPDATE. Received email they are reimbursing me.
Went to pick up online order, was told it was ready, then told would be another 20 minutes, waited then was asked if I wanted something else, said no cancel my order, but they won’t refund my $27.55. Called corporate, SURE HOPE THEY REFUND ME MY MONEY SINCE I never got order.

I don’t know where to start on how horrible this place is I don’t even know how they’re still open? Not to mention no one wears gloves not even the manager! This has to be the worst kfc I have ever been to. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The manager doesn’t even help the kids working, she didn’t smile, she never washed her hand after touching money, she was absolutely no help to anyone in that store. I have no idea how she got to be a manager?

Arrived at 7:53 pm, doors were locked. Sign says lobby open until 8pm. Drive Thru was open until 9pm. Got back in our car and waited to order. We wanted a 4 piece chicken meal, and were told they only had one wing and one breast left, and they had already turned off the fryers. This is still all before 8pm and the scheduled closing time is 9pm. This is completely unacceptable and will definitely deter us from going back any time soon. When your hours state your are open until 9pm, you should offer food you serve until that time.

Have ordered chicken online number of times. Every time I have to wait after my pick up time. This last time they did not have any chicken strips told me they would be ready in 8 to 10 minutes but did not give me my food for 35 minutes, they also immediately put my food that was ready in a bag so after 15 minutes, I asked them to put it back in the warmer.
