Drive thru girl kept over talking me as i was trying to order items with 3 other people in the vehicle by asking me over 4 times if i wanted a drink with my first food item. I told her to hold on but she kept on. I finally said if i wanted drinks i will order them. I proceeded with the other 3 food items which had specific requests on them as in NO CHEESE on one and no pickle or onions on the other and drove around. The rude girl at the window said nothing except the amount owed. NO please, thank you, even good evening. Instead as we were handed the order she pretty much threw it at me and quickly closed the window, meanwhile as we were attempting to check the accuracy of the order to add insult the nasty manager came to the window and asked if we needed help. I mentioned the rudeness of the worker and she turned it around on me with a snarky remark about “bad day” i was having which in fact was completely incorrect. We were visiting the area and it was the coldest night since 1977 so we thought we were being nice going thru the drive through to save someone coming out to us. Turns out the order was incorrect because the girl didn’t listen she was too busy trying to upsell us beverages. Rude crew, ruder manager and i use that term loosely, crappy food. Glad we will NEVER go back. Hey LOCALS…stay away!!!!

I usually get shit food from this store either cold, incorrect, or out of stock. Today I went and tony made an awesome burger 100% correct and tasty just like it was when I was in the mid west. Fix this store and promote tony to run this thing and let him bring those good reviews and food in.

All I ordered was a small Reese’s peanut butter cup blast. It took me 10 minutes just to place my order at the drive-thru. We could hear the employees arguing over something. When we got to the window to pay for the order they had the wrong order and she said somebody skip the line because the order she tried to give us was the wrong one. She went to fix the order and returned with a melted cup of ice cream with one little spoon of Reese’s peanut butter cup on the top. If I would have wanted a vanilla ice cream and a cup I would have ordered that. They are jacking up the prices and lowering the amount of food you get. Not a good way to make your customers happy

I’ve doordashed from this location on two separate occasions and both times I didn’t receive what I ordered. The first time i ordered a combo with mozzarella sticks as the side—they decided to give me onion rings instead.. The second time i tried ordering the same thing—that time they didn’t even bother giving me any side whatsoever. It makes me wonder if the staff just hate their jobs or if they smoked more than they could handle

We went to the Sonic in St. Augustine on 312 and noticed they had a $6 Smasher Meal deal. This deal was on a banner in the parking lot and on their menu board. We tried to order it via the drive thru and were instructed the deal does not start until next week. We’ve actually never received good service at this location but thought we’d give it another try. Suffice it to say this is our last time trying.

Unfortunately back to their old ways. No ice cream, shakes, or blast at 6pm on a week night. Place was a ghost town. I thought they pulled it together but was sadly wrong. Maybe this place really does need a shut down at this point and get something that can serve people in its spot.

Went into the drive through for some blue raspberry slushies (with nerds in them) and the atmosphere was so unbelievably harrowing. felt like i was in a horror movie. foggy and dark, talking to myself for 10 minutes to keep me sane.

Absolutely horrible’ I’m actually sitting in drive thru while I type this review’ it’s 3:49pm incase corporate is wondering! It’s a pregnant lady on the inside , smoking a vape inside the building where food is to be prepared! Absolutely horrible! She’s literally standing right at the desk with a guy just talking and constantly smoking her vape not caring if the customer in drive thru see or not ! I will NEVER be visiting this location again.. I can only hope someone higher up will see this review and do something about this.

Unfortunately they do not take tap and pay and the drive up screen didn’t work . And wasn’t sure what the handicap parking place was at the end of the lot and not by the door . The shake was good but didn’t look like the picture.
