I order frequently from this sonic, via mobile.. this morning I ordered a supersonic burrito NO sausage, EXTRA bacon.. i received my food and it still had sausage and no bacon in it.. I paid almost $3 for extra bacon.. I had to ask for bacon strips cause I didn’t have time for a remake, as I was on the way to work..
this afternoon I ordered a cherry vanilla coke with cherry fruit.. I finally get to the bottom of it and it has ONE cherry.. I paid 30¢ for ONE cherry?? (Other sonic locations INCLUDE the cherry fruit NO charge..) This isn’t the first time my orders have been a mess.. I’m really disappointed because I LOVE sonic.. PLEASE do better guys..

We ordered Smashed Burgers and onion rings. Food was good, but I wouldn’t call that burger a “Smash Burger.” It tasted just like a single and didn’t have any crispy edges at all. Disappointing, but still a nice place to get a quick bite.

Holy speedy food delivery! I ordered on the mobile app- it was a complicated order with lots of substitutions for my family of five. We pulled in and indicated we had arrived, and the lady came out with our food like a genie out of a lamp. Everything was perfect, accurate, and delicious. We were all really impressed. You guys got this down!

The speakers never seem to work correctly at Sonic. The tenders and burger were okay, but nothing special. My son did love the breakfast burrito. Perhaps I’ll try that next time.

Josewey or however you say his name the Hispanic manager is extremely rude and very impatient when trying to take someone’s order and if you don’t speak within 3 seconds he disconnects from your stall. When I directly try to address the issue with him he was very immature and rude and was pretty much okay with me leaving him a negative review so here it is. Also the car hop with the brown hair that came into the white van which was me was also rude and walked off in the middle of conversation and then came back like nothing happened. These people in Franklin are like zombies and clueless, soulless human beings.
