I normally don’t review fast food restaurants. They’ve got to be really good or really bad. The staff was pleasant and on point!! Blue raspberry slushy!!! Sooooo good!!

Place is filthy and falling apart. Employees are under trained and I’m not joking ran by two high school kids NO ADULT OR MANAGER PRESENT. The wait times are crazy long and again no one there but high school kids. This place should be shut down. Wait a new employee just walked up as I’m writing this review With NO SHOES AND HITTING A VAPE yes she went in with no shoes on. Worst sonic by far the health department should shut this place down. See my chicken sandwich below yes someone put that on bread and served it.

I waited in drive thru 30mins had 3 cars in front of me. Then after 30 minutes wait. I get to menu after another 6mins then see says I’ll be with you in a minute. Then 10mins later says on Mic it will be a few more minutes. What a joke 40mins and no food or order yet . I left beware of going there at 2pm on a Sunday

Food was good but took a long time to get out order taken at the kiosk, as we wanted to eat at the tables instead of in the car. Customers who remained in their cars but arrived after we did were waited on and served first.

I worked in the fast food industry for 5 years. I have seen every scam and play ran on restaurants. But when I pay an extra 1.00 for bacon and I received a burrito with NO bacon, I request a new order.
Then the manager sends out Ms. Attitude saying to give him the food back and he will make me a new order. Mind you it’s cold by now. I am not going to eat it. Why would you dare ask for it back when you made the mistake. Fix my food that you messed up.
And this is why I don’t tip!!!! As I am writing this review the manager comes out because I asked to speak with him. He lies to me and says he didn’t tell her he wanted the food back. He wanted me to throw it away. He is arguing with me about how to dispose my 6.99 burrito that I can’t eat. I then roll up the window because I am not going to argue with him. Then 5 minutes go by and sends out Ms thing again and asks me if I still wanted my burrito. I said are you serious. I said yes. She’s like well he said you rolled the window up. I said yes because I wasn’t going to argue with him. LOL wow! They will just hire just about anyone off the street. Awful awful!!!

Stopped by for food on 3 seperate occasions. All 3 occasions was asked to wait a moment for ordering which became over 20 minutes sitting at the drive-through screen without even ordering food. No one else waiting, 1230pm no cars in front of me or behind me. Owners i emplore you to do the city of middleburge a favor and shut the store down already. Its a tragic waste of space, something else that is willing to serve food could occupy that space.

I waited 45 minutes for a customer s food to deliver. I ended up canceling because it was too busy for 1 person. I watched 4 cars come in behind me and I couldn’t get any help from the lady working. Like I was invisible

The food was pretty good for a Sonic and the service was polite but the wait time was ridiculous. To be fair, it was really busy and they said they were short staffed, but I hit the call button and didn’t get a response for close to 30 minutes. I actually downloaded their app, placed my order and got my food before they took my order at the drive-in. I recommend placing your order online rather than in person, much quicker.
Edit: went back again. This time the food was still good, service was still polite but the wait time was much shorter.

I had a very unpleasant experience every time I’ve been to this location. They make you wait 37 minutes for TWO CHEESEBURGERS! That I had already ordered on the app and were picking up. Staff was a tad rude and needless to say I will take my money elsewhere from now on. The employees need to work on their attitudes , I understand they’re teenage girls but they should act accordingly while at work.
