The FRIED APPLE PIE!!!! Brings back memories and if you have to wait it’s because it’s hot and fresh! Be careful it’s just like you remember a hot fried pie filling . The service here is always so friendly I love coming here for that reason. Few years ago before the remodel it was terrible so give them another chance they really cleaned house lol.

No good, they are always Short-Staffed + they never have mobile orders ready or give them to the wrong customer. Corporate just needs to staff the place as other Burger Kings have a good staff and great service. This one they skimp out on.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in with my kids and immediately saw staff being incredibly rude and dismissive toward them for no reason. When I calmly asked why the employee was speaking to them that way, she literally laughed in my face and brushed me off. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I ended up leaving.
This location has been consistently terrible. Orders are almost always wrong, items are missing, and they overcharge you for things you never receive. On top of that, the drive-through regularly takes 30–35 minutes, which is completely unreasonable for fast food.
The staff here act like they couldn’t care less about customers, and the level of disrespect and incompetence is honestly shocking. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else unless you want to deal with rude employees, long waits, and incorrect orders.

I honestly don’t get why this location even has the rating is has. The customer service is normal like you would get anywhere else. The food is nice and fresh. The knock on the food is it’s fast food it shouldn’t take 15+ minutes with my car plus 2 others in the drive thru. Also very disappointed about the app you can’t get extra on your burgers. I’ll be honest I like Burger King so I will be back… Just giving a heads up……..

I have driven over to this location to get bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits twice in the past few weeks. A few weeks ago I was told that they didn’t have any biscuits. Today I went again to get bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and they told me they didn’t have any biscuits.
This time I asked them when they stopped carrying biscuits. The lady told me they still carry them, but they haven’t prepped them yet. It was 8:30am. Is it difficult to prep biscuits? I don’t understand what the issue is. Someone please explain it to me. There should be a disclaimer on their menu that says biscuits are not available until later in the morning, or whenever we feel like prepping them.
So I left and drove over to Carl’s Jr. I guess I will be going to Carl’s Jr from now on.

I go back to the counter to ask him if they have ice, and he takes the cups from me and fills the cups with ice from the drive thru ice machine. I add the soda and discover there is no lids for the cups. I again go back to the counter and ask the same guy for lids. He said, oh I guess no one stocked out there. He gives me the lids. Then a few minutes later, he goes out to the dining room to take his break. I wonder if anyone will stock the dining room drink area?

I waited that time
Goes to show once I get home, I have a burger filled with jalapenos
I don’t mind spice, but I would never eat a jalapeno over a banana pepper which is why I would never order it
I’m not one to usually complain, but the fact that it was so horrifically wrong and altered shows I got somebody else’s order and somebody else got mine. I live deep in inspirada.
I’m not gonna drive back for a sandwich.. i just went to bed hungry.

Worst burger king I have ever witnessed manger blames everything on the corporate office like her problems are recent looking at the reviews that’s a fib and this location is a serious problem. To top it off the food tastes off. Called the corporate number on the window disconnected. That how much people complain my guess is the corporate office has given up on this place.

Don’t come to this location. They still can’t get it right, even with a new staff. Pitiful, effortless employees, or a terrible misguided mgmt staff. They have problems, and aren’t ready to accept business. If they can’t handle a dead drive through “20 minute wait with 1 car, that had a small order” than the kids arent ready to work. Great location, tons of potential patrons, but everyone at my job all ready refuses to go there, and i’ve tried for the last time at this one. Maybe retail would be a better option for them, or the franchisee needs to throw in the towel
