Lately it seems like the service is getting slower and slower even if no one is in line. The blasts have not been mixed well the bottom quarter being untouched. Employees have been borderline rude at times.

First my food was cold. I asked a young African American female for ketchup, and was told that they didn’t have any. Meanwhile my sandwich was covered with ketchup. This young lady was lying, she was too lazy to go back , and get the ketchup. We as paying customers deserve better service than what she is offering. I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. Please train these low wage earners on how to be a Professional, and maybe one day they may reach up out of poverty, and understand that the almighty dollar is to be respected. I will never spend another penny at this location, based on how this service was offered. She was very comfortable with dismissing me in such a low class way. Young lady treat your community better, and maybe your karma will be more favorable towards you. I travel this country all year every year, and yes this the worst I’ve experienced.

Waited in line for 35 minutes. The staff was outside talking with people. Got to the window they just took the card as we waited 20 minutes to get food and drinks never opening the window. They have the windows blocked so you can’t see in. So rude when they did get back the food was cold and not made the way we asked. Just a bad experience all together.

Ordered chicken tender baskets, they asked what sauce we wanted. Didn’t include the dipping sauce and rung it up as (no sauce) and told us they didn’t come with sauce and it would be .50 each. Rip off, terrible food, employees that don’t care that actively try to rip you off.

My corndog was old and DRY. I ordered tots, and I received fries. The person at the window was talking to someone else while taking my order over the speaker. That’s why my tots turned into fries, even when she asked me to repeat what I wanted. I hadn’t been to Sonic in a very long time and I was so excited about that corn dog . And to got that DRY outer layer, with that weenie, weenineing, in the middle, I was mad mad. So, I’m going to try it again at another Sonic because I had my mouth all tuned up for a corndog, and that didn’t do it.

This is the worst sonic. It’s ridiculous that I’ve had to wait for 30+ minutes for a single drink that i ordered ahead on multiple occasions. They’ve also given me the wrong order more often than not. Service is absolutely terrible.

Well, I decided to get some ice cream and I saw the line at sonic was short so I went to sonic. It took me 25 minutes to get through the line. And when i got to the window, the workers inside were just laughing and talking and hadn’t even started to prepare my order. Weren’t even taking anyone in the lines order!! By the time they got my order to me, my ice cream was completely melted. Very disappointed.

They always take too long on an order. The speakers on the menu board work on occasion but the food is good and 8 times out of 10 my order is right.
