Lights went out cause of storm. No lights in your room. One front desk lady was nice & polite, but the other lady was rude & showed favor to others. Room was comfy but will not be my 1st choice in Houston.

Why don’t you just permanently shut down!! Every time we come here in the past four months, it’s closed outside and the drive thru window people say they are experiencing some temporary issue…come back later. I think the employees are lazy and just don’t want to work so I’m never coming back.

Corndog is burnt halfway threw ordered burger with no mayo no onions no pickles no tomatoes half of my mozzarella sticks are melted out of the sticks and they forgot my fries. ♂️ update they fixed my order so just make sure your food is right before ya leave.

Waited patiently but forgot about is even after repeatedly coming on the speaker letting us know she would take care of us next. Seems like they are understaffed and decided to go somewhere else after waiting 15 minutes to place my order. Only 2 cars in car ports and 3 in drive in at the time. We figured it would be a while before we order and got our food and not worth the wait.
