Don’t ever write reviews; however, this place has gotten ridiculous. This use to be a halfway decent location, at one time, but not anymore! I’ve stopped by on several occasions attempting to keep in mind possible low staff, possible crowds, and broken kiosks. However customers are left to sit with no service for long periods of time, if any at all. I understand being busy, but at least get on the intercom and at least let the customer know that “you’ll be with them shortly”. Or if a kiosk is out of order, put a sign on it, or walk out and let the customer know, so that they can move to another spot. But no, the employees just stare at you, and keep on walking with no communication.

They have stopped serving grilled chicken sandwiches. Way too run off your customers who want to at least feel slightly healthy after ordering your food. I pressed the order button and it was radio silence for over five minutes.

This location is absolute trash. I kept coming back, giving them another chance. However, no more. The service is absolutely awful, many of the screens are either broken or malfunctioning, the drinks are terrible, especially the slushes…they hardly have any flavor. So it is like drinking frozen water with a hint of whatever flavor you ordered. I order ahead and always tip, and servers come out sour face, won’t even greet or anything, just rude as all get out. Then I’m mad I even tipped ahead of time. Finally, top it all off with a nasty bland slushie. Now I understand why all the low ratings at this location. My advice, take your money some place else with better service, food, and drinks.

The the 2 chicken slingers I got yesterday was awful. The cheese sticks I got wasn’t even hot. Let’s not forget that when you are greeted with your food. You get just the price told to you. Even when you say hello three times.

I decided to go thru the drive-thru because the car closest to me where I parked to order had children playing with something that sounded like something percussive, reminding me of some type of small caliber gun. It was a bit unnerving. But the basic, 1/4 cheeseburger was delicious. I haven’t had any hamburgers in a long time so it was especially satisfying.

I ordered a blast with whipped cream, and they charged extra for the cream. I asked the cashier, and she was so rude. I said I didn’t want the whip cream, and she just rolled her eyes and walked off. I will never visit here again. Customer Service is just non-existent with this generation
