I am deeply saddened to report my experience on 2/22/2026 was not the best. I ordered a Sonic cheeseburger meal with tots and limeade. No cheese, no lettuce, no condiments. My food was cold and tots were hard. I did not have time to drive back so I trashed my food. I didn’t receive my drink and didn’t realize that until throwing my food away. I will not visit again. This location is always hit or miss. I waited at least 10 minutes so my food/order should have been hot/correct. Oh well, Will Not Visit Again

I get a drink from sonic 5 days a week. I would say 3 out of those it is nasty. Don’t know why I continue to come back.

Come to find out that they serve old lemonade instead of making fresh lemonade.

I went inside and said, this is not correct. She said, what would you like? Instead, I wouldn’t, I’d like what i ordered. Oh, well then I guess I have to make it fresh. Why isn’t this being done before it served to the customer? That is pee poor operational service.

Only place ive ever gone that refuses to do a lettuce wrapped burger, its not that hard. Not to mention they always get stuff wrong forget something and when going to the pickup they try to give you the wrong food a drink sometimes multiple times. Terrible employees overall. Waited 40 minutes once just for them to realize they forgot to bring the order out and tried to give it to me cold with the drink halfway melted.

My daughter and I were over that way so we decided to stop and grab a drink and ended up having a laugh with the guy working the window, he was refreshing for sure. That guy needs to be training other young folks that are working with the public, he had amazing customer service skills.

Last night I have spent $40.99 worth of food.Four Milkshakes,Hotdog, Tator tots and Four chicken wraps. Sadly there were no chicken in all four of the wraps. who ever did my order last night thought it was funny.if they didn’t have and chicken left all they had to do was say so and I would have bought something else. so when I went back to return the food and explain what happened, The person that did my order gonna lie and say Chicken was put into the wraps when I know they didnt.smh and I will be getting my refund!

Service was a 10 after we chatted with the tall slender guy in the drive through last night. He was the sweetest . My cheesesticks were fresh. Its always a pleasure to have good employees at an establish. It makes the food taste better. I believe he was working without Air condition and he did not complain.

I visited the Edgefield Rd store this evening and when I arrived home saw a naked peppermint in my tots. So, I went back to the store, pressed the speaker button and waited and waited. I finally flagged down a car hop and asked to speak with a manager. A young lady arrived. I showed her the tots and asked for a refund. I was offered no apology whatsoever.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here one of which involved an hour and 20 min wait til I finally went in and the food had been sittin under a heat light the whole time. Just the other day I ordered 6 breakfast burritos and 2 classic crispy chicken sandwiches and got home to find they weren’t in the bag. Went back and they said they gonna cook fresh chicken so I waited yet ANOTHER 15 minutes just to get home and find LITERALLY a chicken patty and bread. No tomato, no lettuce, no mayonnaise, just dry chicken on bread. 48 dollars and all the run around to end up with THIS !
