My food was cooked better..a lot better this time around. The corn dog to me was perfect cuz I like a little crunch on mine. I got the super size tots. Not sure if the I got a sonic size or medium. I had to stir the Grape slush and they didn’t put the nerds on top. Afyer that it was good and sweet. The waitress was friendly and it did not take a long time to get my order. Everything was hot and fresh. They gave me a lot of peppermint candy at the end.

I went through the drive-thru today to order a milkshake. There was nothing wrong with my order, but the gentleman at the window was rude to me. He said, “You look better with longer hair. It looks like you just cut it.” I told him to not worry about me and I drove off. He must be pretty miserable if he’s commenting on the appearance of others. My hair has been short for several years. Just give me my order and I’ll be on my way.

Order is NEVER EVER correct and this time was very cold, not fresh at all! I have never been able to pay at the stall because the card reader never works. Staff is not friendly and extremely slow. I ordered a strawberry shake, when I got it, it looked like it was a vanilla shake and it was already melted without whipped cream! When I asked about it, I was told “it’s all probably at the bottom”! This is horrible customer service and rude. If you do not want to do your job then go home, but don’t take it out on your paying customers! The place and equipment need a lot of upgrading or at least fixing! Will not be returning.

Nasty root beer, gave it back, got a dirty look, ordered tea thinking non carbonated would be safer but both tasted like there was fry grease in them. Ordered chili cheese hot dog and the bun was soaking wet, threw all of it out.. total waste of time and money.. they are going downhill quickly..

I had a group of children with me and took them to the playground and pressed the button to order, it took over 10 mins (not very busy) and finally someone answered and said I’d have to come to the front patio to order because there were only two people working. Mind you I’m with a group of children. I understand being understaffed but two things here, that is a reflection of bad management that they don’t have more people working and they can’t walk a few extra feet to bring the food to a group of kids vs me walking with the children through a parking lot to the patio? Common sense.

I ordered a big scoop Cookie dough sundae and all I got was two scoops of cookie dough and vanilla ice cream. There was not chocolate syrup or Oreos in it. I want what I payed for. The manager didn’t care because I sent it back to get it remade and they were being funny and drowned it in chocolate syrup. I will definitely not be going back there. One of the worst fast food places ever!!
