No one took our order so we left. Maybe they were under staffed but someone should have told us over the speaker that they will be with us eventually or to come to the window instead of the drive up. This was at night if you need to know the time frame.

My order took 40 minutes to come out and no one told me there would be a delay or anything. Eventually I went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order so they could “remake it”. I don’t know if there wasn’t enough staff or what but this is unacceptable.

Waited 45 minutes for food our burgers were both wrong it was going to take at least another 45 minutes to fix them. When they told us our food was coming out it didn’t come out it was another 30 minutes after they said that. Was disappointing

Used the app to order and drive thru to pick it up. They were fast with my food and even brought it down to me when it was ready as i was a couple of cars back from the window. The best part is how easy it was and they were very friendly during the whole thing. Highly recommend using the app to.

Took over 20 mins to get our order and it was missing a full half of the order as in they never keyed it in, said it but never keyed it. Then the drink was nothing but soda water no syrup. Avoid this place it’s not worth it. Literally the worst sonic I have been to.
