We visited here for a quick treat. My husband got a hot fudge milkshake and I got a turtle truffle nut blast. My husband received a cup with Hot fudge in the bottom of the cup and the dairy product the rest of the way up the cup. It looked like it hadn’t even been blended. I received a cup of vanilla dairy product with about a teaspoon of the candies on the bottom and the top. Nothing in between but dairy product. Again it looked like it had not been blended. I immediately went back to the lady who waited on us. She looked like she could have possibly been a manager. I mentioned it to her that we have gotten these other items at other sonics before and they were always blended. I asked if we could at least get them mixed a bit more than what we were given which was nothing more than a cup full of vanilla dairy product with the topping at the bottom and or top. She simply said ” that’s how we make it” . Interestingly When we were there she gave another couple their order. They said thank you very much and she didn’t even answer them. Over the last couple of months had delicious smash burgers, but last night was very disappointed. The burgers were not cooked right at all. Not hot or sizzled. The cheese was barely melted. This place is not busy. You’d think they could at least cook the food correctly. I don’t expect it to be open much longer.

The Spanish lady that works the drive thru window is very nice, honestly brightens my mood to interact with her, in like a not creepy way. You guys have good employees.

I’ve come here a few times and the food is always fine. Nothing to complain about for sure. But the service is always horrible. Passive aggressive and they make it clear they don’t want to work. Today was worse though. We were running late from work and just needed something quick to eat. We stopped by this sonic at 10:40 (20 minutes before close) and were told they closed the kitchen and couldn’t help us. If you come here (not that you should) make sure you’re there early enough that they’ll actually serve you. And still accept passive aggressive service regardless of the time of day

This is just so unfortunate and quite frankly ridiculous.
I arrived at Sonic today at around 10:45am. I had ordered ahead on the app, so I parked in a stall and checked in. I didn’t receive my order until 11:10am. My sandwich was smashed, my drink had only a thin layer of ice on the top and was warm (I ordered extra ice), and my Medium Buffalo popcorn chicken arrived plain, in a small container, with no sauces. I also ordered fried pickles which tasted amazing, but were extremely soggy and barely warm at all. My daughter’s kids meal was crushed in the bag. I ended up going through the drive through since my husband had asked for tots while I was waiting. I sat in line with only two cars ahead of me for 25 minutes. The woman who took my order had a very hard time placing the order, even though it was only plain tater tots.
I gave this “fast” food restaurant 2 stars solely based on taste and kindness of the employees. One employee in particular (Rashawn was the name on my receipt) was very kind and patient.
I do not recommend this Sonic at all.

Says on the door open at 10am. We hear at 1040 am and everything locked. No wonder they don’t get no business. Trash service when they are open. Sad we even come from pa to come to this dump

Did a mobile order and checked in at the stall. After 15 minutes went in and got my order and didn’t get a sorry or anything and the ice cream was half way melted

I placed a mobile order for a medium slush and waited in my car for 25 minutes with no update. I finally went inside and saw my drink sitting on the counter in the back, while four employees stood around doing nothing. Any of them could’ve easily brought it out, but they didn’t. The slush itself was good, but definitely not worth the frustrating wait.

Foods good when they get it right. I ordered 2 sonic smashers last night that I added bacon to for me and my bro. Got home and realized neither had bacon, and they were sonics normal burger with one patty, not the smash burgers at all. Paid full price for 2 smash burgers and didn’t get even close to that

Worst decision of the day short angry manager if you hate your job go find another one cursed at me in Spanish which btw I speak fluently we will advise our customers of the way she and her business operate btw she was mad because the doors were locked at 1:15 in the afternoon and a customer actually wanted to spend money with them 🙂
