I arrived for an early dinner on a weeknight. There looked to be only 3 people working. A dude as the cash register was taking forever so the line backed up fast. Once he cleared out, the two guys working the burrito line whipped into overdrive and quickly put together orders and did not skimp on toppings on the burritos or burrito bowls. The line diminished very quickly. Impressive.

I have had so many bad experiences recently at this chipotle I just had to leave a review.
Ordered from the app from this chipotle last weekend. One of our items came completely wrong, including wrong meat and no fajitas. Included a picture of the CORRECT sticker and just completely wrong ingredients? No chicken only carnitas. No sour cream and cheese (we added at home).
Then just told I went in and the last who helped me on the line didn’t say anything to me but then got an attitude when SHE started putting the wrong things on my tacos. I asked for two pinto and one black on my three tacos and when she started to out pinto on the third I corrected her so she put an ENTIRE spoon of wet sloppy black beans on one taco…
The carnitas and barbacoa were dry as if they’ve been sitting out to bake for the last two hours. How hard is it to mix up the meet to keep it moist? She didn’t say a single word to me when I asked her to make the tacos for here. Instead she squished them flat on the aluminum foil, shoving all the ingredients out of my taco?!
That’s not even how they packages up to go tacos! Instead they usually just put them upright next to each other.
Then I was charged for THREE INDIVIDUAL TACOS instead of a single order of three…which they’ve never done when I’ve mixed and matched my meats.
The chips tasted like they hadn’t changed their fryer oil in a month. I left the entire order at h th restaurant after eating one taco. What a waste of money.
I tried to submit an online complaint about my chipotle app order and never heard back besides a standard email. No refund, no future discounts. They just don’t care.
I can’t believe this is the service they’re providing from rude employees to dry inedible meat. I used to work there back in my 20s and still loved it. Until I came try his chipotle.
Would give 0 stars if they’d let me.

I like the fact that chipotle is transparent about the ingredients they use. Since they use Non GMO ingredients this is my go to place if I could not cook at home
They offer both veggie and meat options. They portion size is good and they don’t skimp on the veggies like most of the chain restaurants
Only problem is the rice will be under cooked sometimes. Also some of the serving staff would be adding less rice or other ingredients and you can always ask for more .

I don’t know why the reviews are so low here. I thought the portions were super fair and the service was fine! Just another typical chipotle. The chips were slightly unsalted but otherwise seems like a reliable location

My girlfriend just came home crying after a female server insulting and making comments after my partner asked a question about her order. Mind you she had been getting the same order, for months now at this exact location
(3-5× a week). Apparently don’t ask questions if something looks off or they will tell you they know better and give you attitude (not to mention portion shaming???? Wth). I understand having a bad day or an attitude, I won’t accept people being made feel ashamed or insulted when asking if something is off or wrong.
Does this look worth $20 to you? No, I know because my house was spending almost $500 there a month and it was worth it till now.

Service was horrible!!!!! I don’t recommend going to this place if you have a party of 5! My DOCTOR went to this location today 10/10/24 at 10:58. Host: Marco order #105. She ordered for our office!!! 1 chicken bowl, 1 steak bowl, 1 steak quesadilla and 2 orders of chips. She was told that they could not take more than 3 orders. It’s not like she ordered for a party of 10! There was ONE guy behind her ONE!!!! This location WAS NOT BUSY at all. I would understand if the restaurant was busy and had a really long line but that was not the case. The nerve to tell her that she had to go around again to order the rest of food was infuriating. There was 3 entrees and 2 orders of chips why did she have to go around again? The service was horrible. I have never dealt with this in any location. The person who helped her was very rude and needs to learn hospitality!! Please retrain your employees! What blows my mind is that the Doctor was so nice to the employee and did not give a fuss! But it was very inconvenient to have to go around again just to order! The chips weren’t even crunchy and the food was so salty! What a waste of $66.89! Please retrain your employees because my Doctor did not appreciate that rude interaction at this location today!!! Never going back to this location. Now I understand why you guys have a 3.7 rating! The rating speaks for itself.
