In fairness, I try Sonic every few years and usually don’t like it, however this is the 1st time I’m writing a review. I’m guessing they were understaffed but the 3 people I spoke with seemed annoyed by everyone they spoke with. Every item I ordered was wrong or missing something, despite the receipt being correct. I didn’t like the burger, but that just maybe their burgers and my taste. I got home and the mozzarella sticks were all hollow. I decided to read the reviews and it seems like many of them are bad for the last few months. Because of this I’m assuming the place is managed poorly, or staff are under trained. Not the staff’s fault. Issue with management is my guess.

Wow has this place gone downhill. First of all it didn’t even look open. The lights were off the weeds and grass are overgrown. I stopped to grab something to eat. Cheeseburger combo with tots, Diet Coke.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The incompetence of the staff was evident from the moment I walked in. The service was beyond terrible – slow, disorganized, and downright frustrating. Not only did it take an eternity to my order to my car since the lobby was closed but my order was incomplete missing drinks. Place was empty when I pulled into the drive through so you can say we are backed up!

So my wife and I decided to stop in and the lobby is permanently closed, you can only use drive through or the drive up ordering. The staff doesn’t seem to enthused to be there either. We just ordered one of the new strawberry shortcake slushy floats and it was delicious. We don’t live close though and I don’t care to eat in my car much so probably won’t be going back.

The cheeseburger I had tasted like frozen meat. Was not impressed for my first time. My son said it didn’t taste like he remembered. Upside the cherry drink we received instead of lemonade was delicious.

The worst place I’ve ever eaten at! Order was wrong and absolutely no way to correct it. Ordered the Texas toast burger. It was supposed to come with an onion ring and bacon on the sandwich and all that was on it was diced onions and about 10 pickles. Also got chili cheese tots with no utensils to eat it, not even any napkins in the bag. You can’t go inside with only the drive thru open and the wait was over 20 minutes to start with. First and last time I’ll ever go to Sonic!

5 pm went to order outside in car and she yelled at us through the intercom it was shift change. So we said ok and went to the drive thru. That took 25 mins or longer and then the food was absolutely horrible for 21$ my daughter got a tender and fries meal and the tenders were reheated and burnt and she got tots not fries. My sonic burger was dry and only had melted cheese and some gross lettuce nothing else. The fries were super salty. Wanted to go back but knew it would take another 45 mins to get new food won’t go there again
