We grab a pizza and an order of Italian bread almost every Friday. This time when we got home with our order, I realized that the Italian cheesy bread was actually not the right item. No big deal, right? It’s now 8 pm. I’m at home with the kids and I’m not going back out into freezing temps and crazy evening traffic. So I call and simply ask for some type of credit to get what we ordered the next time we come. Manager response: “No we can’t give you a credit because the pepperoni pizza was correct so it was only partially wrong. You can come in right now and get the right thing.” Smh. No thanks. I’m good. Costco pizza will suit us fine next Friday. Customer service is EVERYTHING.

The “hot and ready” has false advertising with this location. I stopped in 4 different times and never is there a pizza available. On the fourth time, I knew as soon as walked in. It was going to be the same. I asked the kid behind the counter why they don’t prep pizzas in advance anymore, and he said he “didn’t know but they just don’t do it.”

When I got to the store to pick up my food, an item from the over stuffed drawer fell on the floor. I told the kid at the register, and he forced to pay for another order if I wanted it replaced. This is absurd.

This is not the first time I ordered from this location, but each time I order we have an issue with this store. This time I decided to write a review. I ordered 2 medium, 3 toppings pizza and 8 piece wings which came out to a little more than $30. The wings were on point, but LC did not have any type of dipping sauce. The pizza order had the correct toppings but the only downfall was that the pizza barely had any sauce on it. The crust looked like it had red specks on it and not covered with sauce as you can see in the pics. One was thin crust, and the other was hand tossed. I’m cutting my loss and never ordering here again.

I always come to this location. The pizzas that come out of this store are always hot and fresh. You can tell the employees here care about what leaves the oven.. A+

It’s usually fine for a quick meal. Don’t do delivery though since you can’t look at your food before you get it. Both pizzas & cheesesticks were completely burned. Hungry people ate part of the pizzas. The crazy bread was good though. It was a waste of money.

August 27 and they are worse than ever before….. Never have i seen the pizza be hot and ready waiting. There is always a minimum 7 minute wait. If you order online it’s still late by 5-7 minutes. The staff has minimal English speaking skills. F
