I just would like to say that I am always above satisfied with the staff at this location. Everyone is always so kind, and a joy to speak to. Today I got a milkshake to share with my boyfriend, and we asked Kristopher if he could get us another straw, he did and then brought 2 boba straws in case our shake was too thick. That was very sweet and considerate, and he didn’t have to do that. If this is read at all I hope he gets some recognition! 🙂

wife asked for the #1 without cheese and what she got was a burger with 2 pickles, a dab of sauce, and sprinkle of lettuce. if thats all u get why did it cost so much? lets be a lil more generous with the sauce, lettuce, pickles and throw a tomato along with it.

The food is good quality and fresh as long as you don’t order the Jr. Items that sit waiting to be prepared. The service was very friendly and will hold a conversation when asked to but briefly. The wait in drive thru was approximately 45min at 4pm and 15min in the stalls. It is expected to drop down to reasonable times after the first few months. The online app for this location is unavailable at this time probably due to the serge of customers that would make it chaotic. I was provided with materials that indicates the employer is not abiding by state law regarding required rest breaks and is up to $1,000 per occurrence. This is not ok to do to your front line worker’s as they are paid for breaks. Not giving breaks and inputting them after the fact is theft hopefully that is not the case. This review and the material supplied will be forwarded to BOLI for an internal investigation. Any response to this review will be sent.

Every single time I order, it is something totally different than what I get.
We ordered mozzarella sticks, extra marinara, chicken, and soda. What we got was a burger and French fries. We ended up having to sit in a huge drive thru line to get it fixed.
Literally there has never been a time that it was actually right.

My fiance and I have been here twice now, and it seems that the question of “Do you want Ranch or Marinara” with the mozzarella sticks is merely theatre. It doesn’t matter what you say, it doesn’t matter if you ask for additional sauce of a kind—You get one Marinara and that’s it. No ranch, no extra ranch, no ranch on the side. Just a single Marinara.
Secondly, the Hot Fudge Sundae doesn’t seem to come with Hot Fudge. Therefore it is not a Sundae at all, and is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
Can’t give half stars, so here’s my reasoning for the ratings.
Food: Is missing options chosen, and is often sloppily made to a degree that is uncommon even at the cheapest fast food shops. The burgers require rearranging before eating. Two things, two stars removed.
Service: One star off, because why give me the option of something if you’re going to ignore it?
Atmosphere: Its a drive in restaurant; classic. If they still had the roller skates I might forgive these slights for longer.
