Probably the worst Sonic I have ever been to.
Ordered two Coney dogs, mozzarella sticks, pretzel twist.
The hot dogs were ice cold, but the buns were molten hot and wet. The mozzarella sticks were like warm at best.
And the pretzel twist? Had one singular grain of salt
They also forgot all requested and mandatory condiments. No marinara, no cheese sauce, no ketchup packets.
I would’ve given them a point for the speed my order came out, but it’s obvious why it came out so fast.

I did a pickup order through my app for chili cheese dog and twice it came out with hard bun. But then this nice guy named John answered the phone and he said I will make it personally and bring it out to you. And it was the best darn chili cheese dog I’ve had in forever. So I am very thankful for John at this store and I am here visiting on October 7th at 4:00 in the afternoon. So he should get some whatever they get for being a good worker thank you very much

The worst sonic I have been to. $13 for 1 awful meal? Could go anywhere else for better. Went through the drive through just after 11am on a Friday. The girl on the speaker was talking to me like I was her teenage friend….very unprofessional. I immediately didn’t trust the safety of my food because of this gross lack of professionalism.
The food even though opened immediately was soggy, the lettuce and tomato were wilted beyond their best by date. The fries taste like the oil hasn’t been changed idk maybe ever. Sonic has so much potential when it’s managed correctly but if they aren’t going to have a present & attentive manager ensuring quality then they may as well close this location down. This is just making people never want to go to any Sonics ever. Corporate needs to open their eyes to this. Better to have fewer high performing locations then ones like this which will eventually cease all business.

If I could give negative stars I would. They took forever to get my order done and it was only 3 piece chicken tenders with tots. The girl said they were waiting for my tots, but the chicken was cooked into oblivion. What did they do, leave the chicken cooking while waiting for my tots? Every other time I’ve gone to sonic, I’ve gotten toast with my meal, but not today. When I bit into a tot, they weren’t even hot so hope did they just get cooked? The chicken wasn’t hot either and dry like dust. The manager will be hearing from me and they will never again get my business.

We ordered through the app shortly before we arrived so were expecting to wait, but it was a little longer than I would have liked to have waited. I don’t understand why they only toast one side of the toaster bread or one side of a sandwich that is supposed to be toasted. But I got a breakfast toaster this most recent time, and despite that and over-cooked bacon, it hit the spot. Combined with their cherry limeade, I decided to give them 4 stars. This location is much better than some locations I’ve been at the last several years.

I can’t believe they charge over $5 for the ultimate “burrito” and it’s barely even a roll up. I opened the burrito and it had half a sausage patty, less than one egg, 4 tots and a tablespoon of cheese. That’s is ridiculous. There was nothing ultimate about it except an ultimate pain in my behind. Last time I will ever go to Sonic. I have pictures but can’t post them

Only leaving this review as I’ve never encountered such lack of customer service. Ordered a sprite and mozz out in the seating area was told to wait by the door 15min pass it’s also 40° out so I knock on the door 3 separate occasions to get someone’s attention, no answer as I see they all are inside so I stand by car to get warm still no one comes to the door at this point it’s 20min so I go to the drive through to see what’s up and whatever lady working the window had a big attitude which is fine could’ve been a bad day but then proceeds to tell me she will not give me the food cause I didn’t wait by the door and follow instructions. But wasn’t that big of a deal to me im a nice and patient person I just hope she can’t get some help❤️ be careful if you go to this sonic everyone else is pretty nice tho just that one girl in the drive through.

The girl that works drive through Saturday morning is the most rude lady we’ve come across. She throws stuff at you and is just so rude and my $4 burrito had barely anything in it. If she hates working there so much so shouldn’t be there.

Slow, expensive, and food is always cold and HEAVY on the stomach. The root beer floats were insanely expensive 2 watered down larges and tater tots was just south of 20 dollars. Very disappointing as always.
