Starbucks Coffee Company — This location is by far the best in the Ashwaubenon area! The drive-thru line always moves quickly, which is a huge plus when you’re on the go. The baristas are consistently welcoming, friendly, and make you feel appreciated as a customer. And unlike some other locations, the coffee here is filled right to the top every time. Great service, great drinks, and an all-around great experience! ☕

Not sure what’s happened here but this place used to be fast and have helpful, friendly employees. Now, everyone looks miserable at all times. On top of that, the multiple issues I’ve had recently- mobile order that the store never received (had to show my receipt and have them make it based off of that) which is not their fault but not cool, never any straws in the holder in the lobby so you have to ask for one. Fine, no problem, right? Wrong! None of the 3 employees that are at most ever here ever have time to ask what you’re waiting at the counter staring at them for, so you stand there and wait… and wait… and wait.. until you decide to just leave. The place can be empty, you place a mobile order that says 3-6 minutes, show up after 10, and still wait for another 15 minutes for that drink. That’s begun in recent months and is highly irritating. Watching one person make coffee and the pace of a sloth while 1 sits in an empty drive thru and another stocks shelves at 2:30 in the afternoon is definitely a better use of my time than grabbing my coffee and going. And don’t you dare ask about the drink, you’ll just get snooty attitude about how “they’re working on it”. Pretty sad the one down the road closed, might just have to venture 5 minutes out of my way to go back to De Pere or the Military location because this one has lost me.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order when there were 3 people working the drive thru and less than 5 cars in line. New employee who just clocked in took my drink order and the customers behind me as well. Barista(s) were slow and forgot to make it so I had to remind the person be what I ordered. I’ll go to more productive locations in the future.

I’ve recently started using this shop. Whoever takes my order decides how its made not me. I order the same drinks and instead of giving my order they do it the easy way. If a person wants 2 added shots of espresso and corrects you when try tell them its not the same as a double frap instead they just give me what they want extra pumps of the coffee flavoring . To difficult to give a customer what they wanted. You have to actually pour the shots on top. To hard to ring up and to hard to make apparently.

The lady clicked herself a tip on the card reader in the drive thru and then brought it up to my tap-card so I was not able to change it prior to my card getting read. I asked them to void it and she said her manager was on lunch. (Convenient) …well my card always alerts me of charges as soon as it’s ran and it didn’t alert me until after I was driving away, so they could have voided it. I am happy to tip but I always tip cash. It’s people like this that ruin it for everyone.

I’m gonna shout out to alex. He always gets my drink right even if I don’t always remember his name. And I told him once how I like my drink. Because it is considered weird and has made it right ever since I am starting to get recognized by my cup and always told how cute it is.
I just wish the app made it a thing where you had to go through.And pick which route you’re taking to get your drink Instead of just assuming one. Make it like a requirement to say, Hey, I’m going inside or I’m going through drive through for my drink.
And you’re not allowed to order until you adjust it. Because on days when I forget, i feel really bad that it puts walking in when I’m usually doing drive through.

Staff are always really nice and friendly. Their drinks and food are always really good as well. They’ve never messed up any of my orders and it is always pretty quick to come out. It is a very nice well maintained building as well. If you want to stop at a Starbucks in the area, this is definitely a good one to stop at.

I never go inside at this location I always drive through. I have never had any issues with my purchases. I frequently order a drive through pick up in the app and never wait long for my beverage. Staff are always friendly and helpful with questions. The area around the outside of the building is always clean and tidy.
