Place was easy to find. Parking was easy with lots of spaces available. Inside was nice and clean. Help was friendly and nice. We ordered the pizza for eat in. It came to table hot and freshly made. It was really good we ate the whole thing. Drinks was cold too. Restrooms were clean too.

I got the wings on a Friday night. It didn’t seem that busy, but the service was very slow. We started off with one waitress, then somehow we got a different one. So it just took a while to have our order taken, then once the food came out, the wings didn’t seem all that hot in temperature. As if they sat there for a while before being taken to the table. I’ve been to this location a few times but this was the first time getting food. Not a bad place for drinks and to hang out. But the wings are not the greatest.

A friend & I decided to sit inside on Saturday night & order a pizza. It was not busy. We must have waited about 40 min for a small margharita pizza. When the waitress came to our table, she said sorry for the wait, we ran out of ingredients & had to leave the bar. We thought that was a strange comment. As we ate the pizza, my friend says, doesnt the crust taste like a frozen pizza. I was so disappointed in the quality of the food. Then the waitress decided to put loud head banging music & when I asked her why she changed the music, she said because im hungover. Not a place I would bring someone if you want good food & good service.

Ordered a large supreme via uber eats, they gave the driver a small pepperoni and told him to leave with it. Solarzanos told me it’s ubers problem not theirs. WILL NEVER ORDER OR GO AGAIN.

I eat at the one in gulf gate and on long boat all the time this place shoudnt even have there name terrible pizza so much cheese I can’t even eat it waste of money

It’s a shame that this place shares a name with the Solozano’s on Webber. We unfortunately bought a pepperoni pizza from here thinking it was the same pizza shop in a different location. It’s almost as if they had a spare pepperoni from the night before because our pizza was cold and the texture was worse than cardboard. I normally wouldn’t leave a review but the accomodation was horrible as well – the lady behind the counter was cold and aggressive. Customer service isn’t easy but this place thrives at being pretty bad at it. We won’t be making the same mistake twice.

When a customer pays for something in cash is it common practice to not give them change back and just assume to keep it as a tip? Then when I asked where’s my change I’m met with “oh I thought it was all mine?” Definitely be careful to not get taken advantage of like I did. Why on earth would you think I would tip 25% on a $12 tab? All you did was put a 6 pack in a bag! Then gave me an attitude when I called you out. We already had been there a few hours and drinking and had awful food and already tipped you on that tab! Place has definitely gone down hill

I’ve tried calling 3 times: I got hung up on, then the next two times it just kept ringing and ringing they didn’t even attempt to answer and say I’ll be right with you. Extremely unprofessional, fyi answer your phone if you actually want business! Looks like my business is going else were. Highly doubt I’d give them a second chance.
