How about you hire a manager to keep all the chit chat by the staff to a minimum. No one should wait 22 minutes for a smoothie when there are three people seated and two on line orders in the queue.

Ordered two smoothies and they were horrible! I do not like posting bad reviews but they need to revamp their funky monkey recipe and TRY their own recipe because it was the worst smoothie we’ve ever had. It was warm, neither of us could get the smoothie up the straw without hard work and it tasted awful. The consistency was that of wet cement. They charge $13 for a smoothie. The girl at the counter offered to make a new one but we refused and frankly, some of the staff weren’t all that friendly.

I used to love this restaurant. They made budget cuts and raised prices. This is expected with the times.BUT!!! My boyfriend was given rancid cauliflower rice in his bowl!!!! He almost puked after tasting it. My smoothie bowl was tiny, tasted off, and didnt include ingredients listed on the menu. This food isn’t edible or safe. I don’t trust the judgement of the people preparing the food anymore. Waste of $50. This place is now unacceptably bad. Not worth the risk of food poisoning. nope nope nope

It has been well over a year since I’ve been and today reinforced why I no longer go there. Placed an order over the phone for a cherry bomb smoothie bowl with no bananas. Was told there are no bananas in it. Went in to pick up and not only are there bananas on top it’s in the base. Also was not topped with what the menu describes. Always an issue with orders.

Just like everyone else that works, my time for lunch break is very limited. That being said i waited 49 minutes for a very simple order. I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN. Sitting down at a restaurant would have been quicker than getting one sandwich here.

Not worth the hype. $12 for a sad soup of a green smoothie bowl, overloaded with cheap granola carbs and coconut. The toppings made up almost half the volume.
