I can’t think of a place with better customer service. My spouse has dietary restrictions. We informed the server of what they were when we placed our order. We did the hibachi dinners. Our chef read the order carefully before he began to cook and communicated well. He doubled checked everything while he was cooking. He was careful and methodical. He did a great job. The attitude of the staff is positive and amazing. The food was fabulous. I highly recommend this place if you haven’t yet tried it. The hibachi is a blast! Fun for the entire family.

Went here this past Easter Sunday for my mom’s 75th birthday. We had 2 adjoining tables since we were a party of 13. The service and chefs were great. The food was good (too much soy sauce on the fried rice). Overall, we had a great time and spent over $700 plus both chefs were tipped separately $20 each.

Certainly a busy time during dinner and weekends of course but to my surprise the night staff were very excellent and organized considering all the chaotic customers of sorts; families and children or couples and friends. The food there is delicious and the staff are just delightful! I had a very fun time there with my mother and so did she this is a great place to go for any occasion especially if Lynn, Ellen, David, Sean, Monica and whoever else was there to help make sure everything ran so smoothly! Just like Benihanas! Excellent food. Great service! We did call in a reservation just in case so I would def call ahead. We will be coming back for sure. The filet mignon was delicious. The shrimp was the best thing here. Salad was very good too.

This was our first time here I called he got us in at 6pm we loved the whole experience me and my hubby took our grandsons. Leo was the most awesome chef he was great with out grandsons and also the other family at the table. The whole staff is great and just so welcoming and apologize for checking me our wrong but totally understandable no worries. WE WILL BE BACK AND THIS WILL BE MY NEW PLACE TO GO FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARIES THANK YOU

Arrived a little late but was still accommodated quickly. Ordered the trio with lobster, steak, & shrimp. Lobster was over cooked & rubbery. Shrimp was delicious. Steak seemed a little bland & fried rice was delicious as well. Our server was nice & helpful. The chef that was at our table cooking did some cool tricks and entertained the kids. Parking can be an issue during peak dinner times.

I feel compelled to share a very strange and uncomfortable experience I had with this restaurant. I work in hospitality and just experienced one of the worst customer service moments I’ve ever witnessed. Dave, the host who greeted me when I walked in, was extremely abrupt, rude and snappy to me for just asking if there was a table available for 7 people. I understand it was a walk in and last minute, but being told “No. we aren’t taking you” without any context or even a simple polite greeting is not customer service. “We aren’t taking you”?! How do you say that to a patron wanting to dine at your restaurant? Not even a warm welcome or a smile. I then asked when next available seating was and told “nope, not servicing you. We are closed” when the restaurant was clearly open. After I looked around he said “we stopped seating at 7:30” (it was 7:40) with a very stern and negative delivery. I don’t get it, all I did was walk in and ask if there was anything available for my family and kids and received one of the coldest responses I’ve ever experienced. Dave is not an example of customer service, nor should he be representing this restaurant and its brand. I hope someone is able to give him this feedback so he can learn from this as we all have “those moments” or bad days, but this is just something I can’t stomach for not being addressed. Especially with a restaurant that has such great reviews and ratings. I hope management can give him this constructive feedback so he doesn’t degrade or make people feel so unappreciated just for wanting to be patrons at an establishment that has the online ratings it does. Unacceptable, unprofessional and discourteous. Best of luck to his ability to simply be a better human. And hopefully just chalk it up to a “bad day” because we all have those moments.
