Gorgeous place. You wouldn’t think pulling up to the shopping center where it’s located but once you enter it stunning. We were sat next to the fountain that had real Koi fish (unfortunately there was a few things floating in the pond (people are terrible) but they looked healthy and happy and there was no smell))

Server lost in his work could not bring me a second beer with my dinner came right before check. He offered to remove from bill, but I thought the review would be worth more to them. Cook was very nice and very good man as was the lady that made sure we had a server and was around to make us feel welcome. Atmosphere isn’t really there. My wife and daughter prefer back area, but it is not fun just dark.

We had the VIP. The filet mignon, crab, and shrimp were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The greeter was okay, accept their attire. They were wearing a sweatshirt. The server and chef were excellent. We had a great time. The bartender was especially helpful while we were waiting to be seated. He offered menus and drinks. The atmosphere was really nice.

We have been here many times. Food was good but service was lacking. Had to wait at least 5 minutes after entree was served for silverware. Was never asked for drink refills. I received my check, placed credit card on bill and it sat for 22 minutes. After my credit card was run, I realized it was charged $10 more than original total. This was before the tip. Went to host stand and they apologized and gave me $25 gift card. They never gave me a reason for $10 upcharge. Watch your receipts.

The atmosphere was amazing although I feel like the seating could of been better for a couple. The only thing I liked about the food was the flamion was cooked perfect, although I cannot say the. Same. About the. Side. Fried rice Was terrible . Like the worse I’ve ever had and those are suppose to be asparagus more than half the plate was stalks that were not edible at all. Salad was awesome. It was not busy at all. Went on Friday night.

Didn’t get a chance to eat. Grill had not been cleaned thoroughly. Food remnants on grill and surrounding area of grill. Roach crawling on floor. Several employees in dining area folding napkins. Restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

This restaurant is my and my husbands “go to” when we’re craving sushi or hibachi. In the past, SoHo’s service and food was always excellent. Recently we’ve experienced poor service for both the Hibachi experience and dining in at a booth. We truly hope the restaurant improves on its quality service so we can once again enjoy the restaurant.

We ate at the hibachi grill. The woman seating us wasn’t the most friendly. We had a person with a licensed service dog in her vest with us and the hostess glared at the dog for a while before walking away without saying a word. Then she comes back and motions for us to follow her and seats us. The food itself is great and they have very good sushi. We especially like the Heaven roll, Volcano roll, and spider roll.
