Everything was 10/10
We came for korean corn dog, pho and dumplings. Everything warm and fresh. Very tasty. This is our new favorite korean restaurant in the valley. Will be coming back soon!

We used to love this place but hadn’t visted in about a year. On Friday, I ordered 2 taro smoothies with double boba which was $17. There were 3 girls behind the counter but only one girl was doing all the work. She took my order and another customers order and then started working on making everything while the other 2 girls were just watching. First off, I saw them only putting one scoop of boba and then pouring in the drink, when I asked them about the double boba they said they did put it in but when I went to sit down I saw that they went back to add more. That’s fine, people forget. When I received my order 15 min. later the drinks were extremely sweet and the boba was soggy, kind of just disintegrated in your mouth. I only drank a bit of it and couldn’t deal with the excessive sweetness. I was really disappointed. I didn’t go back because I was on a time crunch.
Also, there was a family eating there, I’m assuming related to or knew the owners. The lady from that group was grabbing cups from the back of the counter and serving herself drinks and getting in the way of the workers. She grabbed a cup and dipped it in the ice with her hand. It was really unprofessional to see that. So sad to see such a great restaurant lacking in service and product quality.

I’ve been here several times but this is the first time I had to use the pay it forward board, which is a board that people have paid for meals already so if you are low on cash and snuggling you’re able to have a free meal that has been previously paid by the owner or a very kind individual. I was very embarrassed to walk in at first knowing I’m struggling and needed some food. They were very loving and kind and welcoming and they did not judge me at all. I’m a single mom and because of them my kids did not go hungry tonight.

While the food was good, it took some time to get it also very expensive if you want dinks and food. Pho was great. My kids loved the book section while we were waiting. We got our drinks after our food so we were not happy with that. But all in all food was tasty for me. Two others I was with did not like it, but I’m happy they tried something new.

The food is not bad but the meat portions are lacking on a number of items. I paid almost 30 bux I expect a decent amount of meat proportional to the dish especially if it came with mint covered in black age spotting. Service very bland and lacking. And 2 dollar canned soda is very backyard especially if your offering a wide variety of specialty drinks. Though not terrible not a spot id frequent or even revisit.

Finally an authentic Asian restaurant in the valley. Everything has a home cooked feel to it and flavors are on point!
We started off with the dumplings and spring roll. Both were delicious but the dumplings stood out because of the complex flavors. You get a little bit of spicy but sweet sauce covering deliciously handmade dumplings. It just makes you want to eat more. We also got the firecracker shrimp, which actually had more of a spicy kick than the dumplings. The sauces make the shrimp really tasty. For my entree, I had to try the fried rice. Listen, if you’ve never had anything other than valley fried rice, this will blow you away. Instead of drowning it soy sauce, this restaurant actually uses seasonings to enhance the flavor. So you end up with a fried rice that smells and tastes amazing. I will say, they could enhance the flavors even more and use a larger egg. However, it was made pretty well.
Pricing is mixed. Appetizers are priced way too high. Spring rolls are $7 for three. Five dumplings for $7.25. Five tempura shrimps for $8.50. The only unique item is the dumplings. Everything else, you can get at other restaurants for cheaper. Going over to the entrees, I think they’re priced well. They’re all around $15 and you get good portion sizes.
I will briefly mention service since it seems to be the one detractor on other reviews. We came in closer to closing. But our waitress was still patient and took our orders normally. It did take a while for someone to come but the service was not as bad as I’ve seen in other reviews.
Overall, this place is a breath of fresh air that offers delicious authentic food. I do wish appetizers would be a bit cheaper but I’ll come back to try the entrees.

This is one of our favorite local spots and we always look forward to eating here especially when it’s cold out! The servers are warm and welcoming and everything we’ve ever ordered (drinks, appetizers, entrees) have always been 10/10. I’ve been going to SnowBite since it first opened on University- it’s always been delicious and the service always great.
I don’t understand people who complain and go out of their way to bring down local businesses with negative reviews over the smallest things. They are the same who complain when all that is left around us is fast food / chain restaurants. Expect a wait with fresh, quality and scratch-made food. And as far as prices go, they are extremely reasonably priced for what they make and serve. We’re in 2026, all the big name fast food spots charge the same or more for frozen and low quality food.

Korean corn dogs and Dubai Chocolate with strawberries more strawberry than chocolate. It was ok. Restaurant tables were sticky and bathroom was dirty no soap to wash your hands. After hot Cheeto corn dogs I really needed to wash my hands
