I expect better from this place. I went here on January 28, @7:18pm. I waited 30 min for just a mixed berry greek bowl. When ordered a white guy that was waiting on was laughing at me, becasue I was ordering something he didn’t no anything about and it was on the MENU!!!When I receive my yogurt bowl, everything was just thrown in it. There’s barely any granola. There’s no bananas there’s not even honey. It looks like they didn’t even take their time and that they didn’t even wanna go to work today. I don’t know who the white guy was that waited on me, but best believe he was disrespectful and he was arrogant, and he was rude and he did not know what he was doing. I’ll be returning tomorrow January 29 and I will be requesting a refund in the afternoon. I will bring the food in the packaging and the receipt because this is highly unacceptable. Please get it together and choose better staff. DO BETTER TRAINING.

I had an awesome experience at Tropical Smoothie thanks to Nakia! She provided amazing customer service—super friendly, patient, and made the whole visit enjoyable. She really knows how to make customers feel welcomed. My go-to smoothie is the Mango Monsoon, and it was absolutely perfect as always. Also, the chicken quesadillas here are a must-try—they’re my favorite food item on the menu. Great vibes, great service, and great food. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my go to place for smoothies, and this location is even better now that Emma Kate works there! She is fast, friendly and helpful! 🙂 My favorite smoothie is the Mocha Madness. I love that you can customize the sweetness! (But I do wish they would bring back to option of a decaf version!) So glad we have this Tropical Smoothie so close by!

100/10 experience thanks to Jeremiah. Normally when I walk into a tropical smoothie the workers are standoff-ish and move slower than molasses… but that recently changed. Jeremiah was friendly and energetic from the moment I walked in. Handled my order with care and patience. Jeremiah is honestly a beautiful soul to be around and we need more people like him in service. Super pleased with my experience def will be coming back! Btw my smoothie was delish!!
