It’s been decades since we visited here, we were passing by and saw that the drive in was still in business. We got a small order and they didn’t take long to prepare; the food was good, not great, and ok for the price. I can’t say much about the drive in other then they must be still getting customers in to keep going all these years. If we are passing by again, maybe we will get something a little bigger in the menu.

It was my first time going I was just trying get a small snack I asked the lady who took my order how much the garlic fries are she says 4.99 so I was like perfect when I go to pay she like oh that be 5 dollars and some change so I was like sorry nvm can i just get regular fries because i didnt have enough for the garlic ones .She gave me the dirtiest look and made someone else serve me while saying to my face I can’t handle this. I personally work in fast food and was surprised how rude she was that definitely wouldn’t been acceptable anywhere else it wasn’t even like i was taking a long time to order or anything.

The service here is so bad. The girls working the front counter and cooking were laughing at us while we were ordering and have terrible attitudes with people who are spending money here. They need to be re trained on how to speak to people and keep their composure. We asked for ranch and instead of getting and calmly saying it’s .50cents we got attitude and then the ranch is sour and rotten. I remember this place being so good when I was younger but the “staff” ruined the experience for us

I don’t understand why restaurants change stuff? to save money because your food quality just gets lower like the ranch taste store bought why change it and it’s $.50 apiece. Onion rings were burnt to a crisp knockout burger far from Cali burger in Modesto and ice cream cone super small!! First time putting a review I’m going to Yosemite next time hopefully they have fresh jalapeños

The people that own and run the place are on top of things, very friendly staff and always making sure they get things right as nd out as quickly as s possible, the burgers there are amazing! Every burger on the menu is big and hardy, definitely worth the money, can’t recommend this place enough, it has a great friendly vibe to it.

Im soo glad that I decided to stop at this location. I’ve been to just about every one of them and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint! Not much to see around there but obviously that’s not why you came to eat so if you’re in the area you really, REALLY need to treat yourself to some hot n’ tasty food made w/ ❤️

Service was slow and it wasn’t busy. The Philly steak sandwich was greasy but tasted pretty good and the fries were ok, the kind of crinkle cut you get at a grocery store. I asked for a drink without ice and got one with ice. The 50s diner atmosphere is nice. I’d never been here before but always drove by and was curious. I would go back, it’s better than McDs or Burger King by far.
