I’m fair. I gave the place three stars for the customer service staff being friendly and acknowledging me when I walked in. I gave the atmosphere five stars, because it was very nice and nicely lit, and very inviting when I walked in. I gave the food one star, because the chips were good. However, the prime rib sandwich was extremely bland and unseasoned, tasting like it had been literally marinated in water. As well, I asked for provolone cheese and was given mozzarella instead. I did not enjoy the sandwich at all and it was also dry. As far as the other bullet points, the shop received more stars from me than what the food did because I believe that it’s a decent place with some nice people working there, but the food leaves much to be desired. God bless this establishment, nonetheless. God bless all the readers of this review.

I ordered a 7″ Italian (salami, pepperoni, capicola, and mortadella) without cheese. Instead, I got cheese melted on so it can’t be removed, 3 slices pepperoni, and 3 slices salami. Where’s the capicola and mortadella? The lettuce was incredibly sparse, barely 2 tablespoons across the entire sub. Two paper-thin slices of tomato.

Great sandwiches and their staff is nice and friendly. My favorite is the 12 inch spicy italian, but any sandwich is delicious. Their chili is amazing as well Been a customer for years and they are consistent with the quality of their food.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I am in town from North Carolina. We try to always eat at places we can’t get at home. I hate roast beef and I don’t eat steak sandwiches. Fiancé ordered the French Dip. Best sandwich I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Pickles were delicious. Different than just a regular pickle. Macaroni salad and potato salad were good too.

The Italian sandwich was really good! The bread tasted better than other places. The portion was fair. The macaroni salad tasted like it was store bought. Cashier was a fun and talkative fellow. They are also speedy at getting your order out.

The amount of meat on the steak sandwich was criminal. The fact that the steak and provolone sandwich was naked of cheese was horrible. My wife was furious over her sandwich, and mine was not the best either, but my prime rib at least had cheese. Completely pathetic.
