The white man with glasses that works at this subway is very racist! He tried to hold my daughter’s food because he didn’t think it was paid for after i had clearly paid for the food and showed him the receipt! And my daughter and I was the only 2 black people in the store! The management has to do better!

I go to a lot of subways… This one located inside tiger Mart is FANTASTIC! Jeb is the one I have dealt with and he is absolutely amazing. He makes suggestions and helps everything there work smoothly. I have tested a couple of times here and it’s always the same.. I would definitely definitely recommend! Thanks for brightening my day!!!

Food is great. Service is extremely slow. At least during my visits it has been slow. Website says your order is ready but once you get to the counter the only one employee working the cash register and prepping the sandwiches tells you that she’s about to work on your order and that you got to wait

I ordered through the Subway app and went to pick up my food on time. The lady working there fought with me that they never received my order. I showed her the app with the confirmation number and she tried to tell me that I had the wrong address. The address was off on the app by the last digit. It was a 9, not a 7. I showed her that using google maps took you to the same place that we were at and that the address said Exxon Tiger Mart (this subway is in a Tiger Mart). She continued to fight with me that I was in the wrong place and that the gas station wasn’t an Exxon. I said fine, my card has been charged and I want a refund, she said no we never got your order. I said okay fine, the app says if I want to cancel the order I need to call the store and you keep saying I’m in the wrong place so let’s see if it rings. I called and the phone started ringing. She looked terrified, refused to pick it up, and made the guy behind the gas station check out answer it. He stepped in at that point and I told him I wanted a refund on my card, if they wouldn’t give me my order. He told me to take it up with my bank. This is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back and their customer relations are horrible.

Went I after work at 7:30pm. Both employees were sitting at a table eating. They watch me walk over and start waiting. The young man walks over and says “we are taking a break. You can come back.”
Really? I’ve gone in before while someone was on break and they came over and still made my sandwich. Its not a busy location. But for both workers to break at the same time and refuse to work, that’s ridiculous.

One of the cleanest Subway’s I’ve been in! Great presentation of the food and veggies, they all looked fresh. I was pleasantly surprised due to it being in a gas station. It took a minute for the worker to notice we were there, but other than that, I was very pleased

I appreciate Jeb for restoring my faith in Subway. I’m sure it’s a group effort to keep location as clean and tidy as it is, but the customer service alone impressed me. He sold me a new meat being promoted, made all my sandwiches with the care and took the time to label them. It’s employees like Jeb that deserve the most recognition!!
SN: They have teriyaki chicken at this location that’s still marinated in the sauce and not mixed upon request. Hallelujah!!
