I received email confirmation at 7pm that my order would be ready at 7:20pm. I waited in the parking lot until 7:20 to go in and get it. The whole time I was waiting I saw a man chatting at the counter inside but didn’t think anything of it. When I went in at 7:20 I discovered the employee was just chit-chatting with the guy and she hadn’t even started working on my order. She also could barely communicate with me as she appeared incredibly “high”. VERY DISAPPOINTED. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

I drove to this Subway because the Subway closer to my residence usually has panhandlers on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. I am a patient person so I waited in line until my turn, unlike one of the customers that was in front of me. When the lady took my order, she put parmesan cheese and forgot to add the regular cheese so she toasted it twice! The sandwich was still good but would have been better if cooked correctly. That’s why I removed the stars from service instead of the food. If I would have thought about it, I would have taken a photo.

There is a guy that works for ya. Is rude towards me. When I asked for a deluxe. He said I should’ve said something at the beginning. And I need to tell the person the order when I show her my phone for the order and his response was we can’t touch people phone. Ya have rude people working for ya.

This was the worst! I have had bad experiences at this location before and I’ve had good ones. I did an online order. Went to pick up and the guy with long dark hair – that was not put up or back – didn’t even wash his hands or use gloves as we entered. I told him I was picking up an online order I did. He grabbed the bags then said sign this. I think he needs to find another job where he might be a little happier. If I ever go to subway again I will not order online unless it is the location on West Vickery. They are awesome sandwich artist there! One sandwich was toasted… pretty much burnt bread that wasn’t supposed to be toasted. Did not get the extra veggies requested. Another sandwich did not even get the double meat that was paid for. And I even had put a tip on there…not even deserved. I am upset and disgusted by the way these 4 sandwiches were made…so disappointed in Subway. It’s a bad look for Subway to have employees like that. Maybe Subway might be selling the business for a good reason. Good help is so hard to find, especially since the pandemic. I hope the 2 gentleman working there finds more happiness and character in their lives and find something they enjoy doing.
