This used to be a good place to grab a quick lunch. They have reduced the quantity of meat they put on sandwiches to the point that it’s ridiculous. $14 and they probably have $.75 in the whole sandwich see photo this is a muffaletta sandwich. They didn’t even put the olive spread that makes it muffuletta sandwich on it.

Terrible sandwich and way too expensive. Meat was cut too thick, lettuce was bad quality and bread was kind of stale. Maybe find a better way to let people know their food is ready other than yelling at the top of your lungs. Cheese cake, salad and cookie were nice.

They used to have the best chicken noodle soup, but now it’s awful. Even diners around us were commenting on how bad it is now. They use big fat chewy noodles that are gross, but hey they take up a lot of room. Also, they continue to prep food using latex gloves which is a nightmare for folks w latex allergies. I’ve found no where else that prepares food w latex gloves. It took Covid to get the hotel to finally use individually packaged silverware. Will a latex anaphylactic reaction get them to move away from latex gloves? High class hotel w low class practices.

The food is pretty blah, not anything to brag about and service is even worse. I ordered a BLT, a Reuben and a cheesecake (don’t bother with cheesecake it’s tasteless). She repeated the order to me, I gave her my card not paying attention to what she charged. Waited for my order. As I’m watching the woman making sandwiches I see she has gloves on but is touching her face with the gloves…GROSS! My order comes, only a BLT. I asked about the Reuben and am told I didn’t order it. I specifically ordered it and it was repeated to me. I look at the receipt and I was not charged for it but I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the girl handing out orders, no customer service skills at all. We get to the room, I bite into my sandwich, I feel something odd in my mouth and pull out a knot of black hair, definitely not mine. Sandwich goes in trash. Absolutely unacceptable on every issue and definitely not acceptable with hair.

The girl that took my order obviously didn’t want to be there. But she made sure as I was paying to point out how to leave a tip verbally. I felt bullied into leaving a tip. So I left $1.00. she’s lucky I left that for her friendly attitude ( not)

School lunch quality at 5 star hotel prices. (TBH my school lunches weren’t this bad)
We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for a whopping 60 bucks which included a $10 tip. The burger was an over cooked soybean patty or some other mystery meat. The mystery meat was so dry, it could have been used as a weapon. Presentation was great as it was situated between a pretty brioche bun. But do know no amount of ketchup and mayo will make that thing easy to swallow. You’re better off trying to swallow the $16 that the burger costs. There’s no excuse to serve a barely edible cheeseburger in a hotel like this let alone charge $16 bucks for it.

The experience was excellent. The Club and the Roast Beef & provolone sandwiches were OUTSTANDING!! Words can’t do them justice! However on the contrary our sides of pasta salad and coleslaw were the complete opposite. The taste was so far off that after two bites each we threw them away. But everything else was great so we had no complaints. Until we got home and tried our desserts. The brownie was so under cooked I don’t know how the batter even kept it’s shape. The chocolate chip cookie was okay.
Overall sandwiches and service were awesome. The sides absolutely need to be revised.
