Pizza was the worst we’ve ever had!! Gave my husband the worst tummy ache, will never eat here again. If you think you’re saving money eating here, you’ll be mistaken. Prices has gone to the roof, but quality of food doesn’t match the prices they charged!!

They used to have the best chicken noodle soup, but now it’s awful. Even diners around us were commenting on how bad it is now. They use big fat chewy noodles that are gross, but hey they take up a lot of room. Also, they continue to prep food using latex gloves which is a nightmare for folks w latex allergies. I’ve found no where else that prepares food w latex gloves. It took Covid to get the hotel to finally use individually packaged silverware. Will a latex anaphylactic reaction get them to move away from latex gloves? High class hotel w low class practices.

I went for a late night snack. I chose to get the food long hot dog. The chili was so good that I came back and got an order. The people were friendly and efficient. It was a great experience. Also, the line was long and it moved very swiftly.

Extremely slow service. Had the French dip which was extremely salty and tasted like cheap lunch meat. Girls at counter were rude when asked for ketchup. Way over priced

Total ripoff. They claim they moved some of the Terrace Cafe menu here but they are intentionally lieing to customers to steal from them during the reconstruction up front.

The experience was excellent. The Club and the Roast Beef & provolone sandwiches were OUTSTANDING!! Words can’t do them justice! However on the contrary our sides of pasta salad and coleslaw were the complete opposite. The taste was so far off that after two bites each we threw them away. But everything else was great so we had no complaints. Until we got home and tried our desserts. The brownie was so under cooked I don’t know how the batter even kept it’s shape. The chocolate chip cookie was okay.

Long lines, staff don’t get in a hurry, or at least not today. It also appears they are understaffed. Maybe they shoukd reconsider having hot items that take preparation and just serve the other items that are already made. It appears the tine it takes to prep the hot food is the problem. The person that rings you up leaves the line to fix your order then gives it to you and starts all over with the next customer.

Food is okay but overpriced. Biggest complaint is don’t even waste your time with the online ordering system. Went to go pickup my order at the time it was supposed to be ready and they grabbed a printout of my receipt and keyed my order in and it was placed just like a regular order. So I waited 20 minutes until the online order system said it would be ready and then still have to wait 20 minutes for them to actually make the order. Makes zero sense as to why they even have an online ordering system. I asked the cashier what the advantage to ordering online was and she said “I don’t know”. Management needs to review why they have a system in place that the staff doesn’t even have the man power to utilize.
