Smoque at Revival has a smaller and simpler menu than our original location, it remains true to form, especially where food freshness and quality is concerned. Meats are smoked daily in what may be the highest smoker in the US. Smoque at Revival is open for lunch and early dinner hours, and offers a few select canned/bottled beers.

My wife was delighted with the sliced brisket, mouthwatering tea, properly seasoned. The memphis sauce with the delicious meat and they give you more than necessary. The bread may not be enough and the beans are too sweet for my taste, but my wife liked them. Some comments talk about the quantity, but it seemed correct to us based on the price paid. I would definitely go back.
