I absolutely love this place and all menu items offered! Different salads offered all of the time and the variety offered is hard to choose from. I love the soup days because it’s always something you cannot find anywhere else. The wraps are amazing, sandwiches are so good! I can’t say enough! If you love smoothies they have the BEST! They cater and the charcuterie boards are absolutely beautiful and delicious! If you haven’t been to The Smoothie Life you are missing out!
Look, you can’t always make everyone happy but the owner sure will go out of her way to try. She is friendly and just an all around good person. I will always support this business 110%!

I rarely give negative reviews, but I felt inclined to say something this time. I came here once before and got a protein smoothie and talked to the owner who was very nice and the smoothie was good. However, today when I returned my experience was enough to bring me to rate them. I went to Smoothie Life after working out to get a protein shake. When I walked in the girls who worked there and I assume their friends were completely rude. I have never felt more judged, it was unbelievable! Honestly. Good job losing customers because I will 100% never return. Teach your employees some customer service if you expect to run a business.

This was the Piqua location, and it was very nice. Old world charm and service with a smile. There’s no rush to get through and get out of the way like that place in Troy. And the smoothies are delicious and healthy. There’s plenty of options on the menu, and the sandwiches look great as well. It’s going to be hard to pick a favorite smoothie here. 10/10 would recommend

We just stopped in the area for gas on our way to FL, and I saw the Smoothie sign, so decided to go in! So glad we did! This place is amazing!! I got the island smoothie and it’s sooo delicious. We also got 2 protein balls and a sandwich! The staff here are also super helpful and friendly! I wish we had one of these in Canada! Beautiful and cute smoothie shop!

I love this place! I go to school in Cincinnati and travel home on 75. Exit 92 has it all, including a cute smoothie place! I had the Peachy Keen smoothie and now I’m hooked. And it was a great deal too. Service was great. There’s no way I’m driving past exit 92 without stopping for a smoothie!

SO glad to have a healthy restaurant in Sidney! The girls do an awesome job here and are super friendly, and the aesthetic is beautiful. There is a great variety of flavors to choose from and you can add in extras such as protein and flaxseed.
I was there the other day and there was a very rude customer. The girls handled it professionally and calmly despite how they were being treated. Way to go!

We love to come here and get smoothies. We have gotten sandwiches and salads too, which are good, but mostly smoothies. My grandchildren always want to know if we can go for a smoothie, after all, they are good for us.

I’m never in Sidney, OH; however, while pumping gas, I happened to glance over and saw a very aesthetically pleasing store front and just had to check it out. The ladies who worked there were extremely knowledgeable about their product and so sweet, too. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie that was out of this world!!! I try strawberry banana smoothies anywhere I can find them, and this one absolutely takes the cake! Major props to the owner and staff and I’ll definitely be going back to Sidney just for The Smoothie Life!
