I usually don’t leave bad reviews but the two younger employees were the only ones working during a rush and were acting extremely pissed off that i was ordering. the guy was shaking his head and asking “how many drinks?” in a rude tone since i had a fairly large order. I understand y’all are ready to close (even though this was more than a couple hours before they closed) but it’s unacceptable to make a customer feel like a burden or an inconvenience when they’re the ones paying your bills.

My experience was nothing short of superb! The friendliness, knowledge, & service of the employees is outstanding. One I am going to mention by name is Mason. He made my day with his smile and positive attitude! Nothing but good things to say. The smoothie was just the “smooth” way I like it. Keep up the awesome work! Go team!

I’m really disappointed with this location. They close at 6:30 PM on Sundays, but when I showed up an hour before closing to order an Açaí bowl for me and daughter, they refused to make it. If the store is open, customers should be able to order what’s on the menu — not be told “we stop selling bolws an hour early because we’re closing at 6:30” when there’s still plenty of time left. It’s frustrating to drive over, only to be turned away well before closing time. Definitely not the customer service I expect from Smoothie King, never coming back!

came in at 6:20 and wanted to smoothie bowls and was told that they stop making smoothie bowls an hour before close with no explanation. seemed very lazy and unprofessional. if this is actually a rule, i feel there should be a sign or it should be listed on the menu!
